Negative experience: Poor experience. The personal trainer (Mahsus) gave improper guidance and caused me a leg injury. Membership process is unclear, no compensation for missed sessions, and overall a waste of time and money. Not recommended.

Positive experience: Nice place, very affordable, but too many equipment compared to the size of the space and too crowded. Flooring is due for a replacement, some of the cables on pulling equipmeng are rusted. Prayer rooms/shower needs a privacy screen from the gym area and shower area and restrooms could use a renovation.

Negative experience: The gym is clean and well-equipped, but the main issue is with the trainers. They’re not friendly unless you pay for personal training. If you don’t, they barely acknowledge you — no greetings, just unfriendly looks. It feels more like a sales pitch than support. Disappointed by the atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: The gym is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with high-quality machines. The trainers are professional, knowledgeable, and always supportive. While it can get crowded during peak hours, the overall training environment remains excellent. I initially rated the gym 2 stars due to issues with the front desk, particularly regarding the membership freezing policy during a two-month medical absence (March to May 18). However, after posting my review, management responded within hours and addressed my concerns promptly and professionally. Their willingness to listen and resolve the issue reflects a strong commitment to member satisfaction. Based on this experience, I’ve updated my review to 5 stars.
