Negative experience: Noticeable Decline This Season I’ve been renting here for over four seasons, and the experience has unfortunately dropped this year. The bike range is now extremely limited — only performance road bikes with very few size options, no casual or comfort models, and no bikes for kids. These bikes don’t even have a simple stand or standard braking setup, which makes them impractical for recreational riders. The bike I received also had a light that didn’t work, which is a safety issue. Service has declined as well: staff support is minimal, and the new booking website has a poor user interface and is difficult to use. I genuinely hope they restore the wider variety and better service they had in previous years, as the facility used to offer a much more enjoyable and accessible experience.

Negative experience: On Jan 29th 2025 0130pm me and my friend visited this bike rental center and we both had a disappointing experience. We struggled to make a booking through their website (was our first time and there were a lot of options for the bikes to choose and we didn’t know what’s is more suitable for us) , so I asked for assistance. Unfortunately, the staff member I interacted with ( Joy) was not welcoming and not really helpful. Instead of providing support, it felt like she was doing us a favor rather than offering customer service. We expected a more friendly and accommodating experience. Hopefully, they can improve their customer service in the future.

Positive experience: Great place for biking and also stopover for campers/ travelers. You need a car or a ride to get to this place. There was a plan to connect this bike track to the city but I cannot confirm if it's already done. But it's good, maintained very well and used by many.

Fantastic experience: Has different rate on weekends and weekdays. My choice is First Ride company. Their prices are more affordable and very pleasant staff. Helmet is included in the rate, additional stuff for additional payment. There are multiple phone on the track (approx each kilometer) Разные цены на выходные и в другие дня. Fantastic experience: A great escape! And the service was really good as well! I'd recommend not going there when it's really hot, and rumors has it that sunrise time is amazing!

Positive experience: Fantastic venue. Well laid out track, great facilities for cyclists. Toilets, showers, a bike shop, a convenience store with plenty of post ride options ranging from healthy and sensible to indulgent and tasty. The track itself is very smooth, well laid out, fairly flat with a couple of slopes and one small ramp. Not terribly challenging but once you're on the 50k loop you do have the option of turning back. It can be ridden clockwise or anti-clockwise. Starting signs and directions aren't the best though. Get there very early in summer. The car park fills up very quickly.
