Very rude trainers No respect Only making money After two days of my admission i got injured in my cricket match then i send WhatsApp to gym management to hold my account because doctor gave me rest for 10 days No one reply of my WhatsApp after seen my text After that i go to gym and they said we can’t hold account we don’t have this option with very rude behavior Will never choose again I hope the gym owner will read this review Thanks

Negative experience: I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Gym Town. About two weeks ago, I went in early in the morning, around seven-thirty to eight, to work out, only to find the gym unbearably hot with the air conditioning off. After finishing my workout, I spoke with a trainer, explaining that as a paying customer, I expect basic amenities like AC. However, even after raising my concerns, nothing changed. When I returned the next day, the ACs were still off. On top of that, the staff’s attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. For two hundred dirhams a month, I expected a higher standard of service. Gyms like Gym Nation charge the same amount but offer a fully air-conditioned environment, better facilities, and staff who treat members with respect. I won’t be returning to Gym Town, and I want management to understand why they’re losing members. The lack of comfort and poor customer service here show a disregard for paying customers. I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements.
