Negative experience: I came here to ask for information. At 14:09, the staff told me they were having lunch, so I was required to wait outside at the gate. The staff were inside the gym, but they considered their lunch more important, which caused me to wait outside for a long time. I believe this reflects the working conditions here and the attitude of the staff.

Positive experience: Gym is over all nice in this area compare to others. But one thing i notice and happen with me several time Some of the trainers are bit picky like its ok to give the priority to the personal clients but the can’t ignore or disrespect in the normal gym members i was using some machines one of the trainer kind of forcefully took that equipment and let me feel embarrassed in front of others people i think they should respect all the members not only the people who is taking pt from them. I hope there will be a good and positive action

This happened only with the good motivational trainers came across in this gym especially Caoch Afzal bro, who is motivating me regularly on weight reduction, maintaining stamina and metabolism. After a small request the admin staff extended my membership for the time I lost.
