Positive experience: الصراحة الجم حلو لكن حرام انه مافي وايد اغراض ، مافي بوكسات مافي بار اوزان ثقيلة مافيه راك ومافيه اشيا متنوعه وضروريه للبنات الي يبون اشيا غير الاجهزه، خاصة الاجهزه شوي، وبعضنا يحب lifting ف مول ماحصلت ، واخترت مدربة خاصة ممتازه هاجر لكن كل ماتعطيني تمرين احس فب شي ناقص ويوم اسئلها ليش مافي اكثر عن هالوزن وليش مافي بوكس وليش مافي بار اني ارفع وزن ثقيل ؟!! ، حرام يعني هذا الجم والكوتش ممتازه لكن الاغراض مش متوفره !

Positive experience: I came to this gym for the first time, but the receptionist was not friendly. She was busy on her phone and didn’t pay attention to us. Even when I said it was my first visit, she didn’t offer a tour or explain anything about the gym or the membership options. Besides that, the gym itself looks great. The atmosphere is really nice and the place seems clean and well-equipped. I just wish the welcome at the front desk was better.

Fantastic experience: A lovely gem, if you are in the area do not miss this ladies only great gym. The design is really calming and they have all the equipment needed for a great workout. They also have a pool and pretty garden. The changing rooms and shower area is very clean. The employees are friendly and professional.
