Negative experience: إلى إدارة النادي الرياضي المحترمين، أود لفت انتباهكم إلى مسألة النظافة في النادي الرياضي الخاص بالنساء، حيث إن مستوى النظافة متدنٍ للغاية. يوجد عاملـة تنظيف تأتي في نهاية اليوم بعد إغلاق النادي، ولكنها لا تقوم بالتنظيف بعمق، مما أدى إلى تراكم الأوساخ وانتشار الروائح غير المرغوبة، وقد يسبب ذلك أمراضًا جلدية وحساسية بمختلف أنواعها. بصفتي من مرتادات النادي، أجد صعوبة في ممارسة الرياضة في هذا الجو، خصوصًا أنني أعاني من حساسية في الجيوب الأنفية، وهذا الوضع يؤثر على صحتي بشكل مباشر. لدي صور حصرية توثّق ضعف مستوى النظافة، وخاصة عدم تنظيف أطراف الأجهزة الرياضية والعناية بها كما يجب. مع أن عملية تنظيف أُجريت الأسبوع الماضي، إلا أنها لم تكن شاملة ولم تصل إلى مستوى التعقيم المطلوب بنسبة ١٠٠٪؜. كما أود أن أُشير إلى أن عاملة التنظيف الحالية ليست على مستوى الكفاءة المطلوبة، ولا تؤدي عملها على أكمل وجه، فأين الإخلاص في العمل والمسؤولية تجاه النظافة؟ لذلك أرجو منكم الاهتمام الجاد بهذا الأمر، لأن النادي لا يمثل فقط مكانًا لممارسة الرياضة، بل يجب أن يكون بيئة صحية وآمنة من العدوى. اقتراحي هو تعيين عاملة نظافة ملتزمة ومؤتمنة تكون متواجدة طوال فترة تشغيل النادي لضمان النظافة المستمرة. نأمل منكم اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة في أسرع وقت، حتى لا نضطر إلى تقديم شكوى رسمية إلى البلدية، فغايتنا الحفاظ على سمعة النادي وسلامة مرتاديه To the Management of the Ladies’ Gym, I would like to bring to your attention a serious concern regarding the cleanliness of the facility. The current level of hygiene is extremely poor. Although there is a cleaner who comes at night after the gym closes, she does not clean thoroughly. As a result, dirt accumulates, unpleasant odors spread, and this can lead to serious skin diseases and various allergies. As a regular member, I find it difficult to exercise in such conditions, especially since I suffer from sinus allergies, which makes this issue particularly sensitive for me. I have exclusive photos that clearly show the lack of proper cleaning, especially around the edges and corners of the gym equipment. Even though cleaning was done last week, it was far from complete and did not meet the required 100% sanitization standards. Furthermore, the current cleaning staff member is not performing her duties properly and lacks efficiency. Where is the dedication and sense of responsibility in her work? I kindly request that you address this matter seriously, as the gym should not only be a place for fitness but also a safe and hygienic environment free from infection risks. My suggestion is to hire a trustworthy and committed cleaning staff member who works during operating hours to ensure continuous cleanliness. We hope that proper action will be taken promptly, as we would prefer not to escalate this matter to the municipality. Negative experience: Had a bad experience. When we inquire she said its unlimited use as long as they are open, when we pay already she said only 1 time can use the gym for 1 day.. if you come even u ise for 10mins only and left you cannot come back.. not good service..
