Fantastic experience: We recently moved to DIP, and exploring good gym for couple fitness training. Found Prime fitness to be great, with spacious and good ambience. Our Personal trainer KC, was best in motivating and methodologically training towards fitness, by his continuous guidance we see visible changes in fitness and endurance.

Negative experience: I trained in this gym for a month just to try it. It’s just average and nothing special that attracted me. I’d like to highlight the receptionist, named Sherly - quite uncomfortable interacting with her. I find her VERY UNPROFESSIONAL with her approach, she keeps insisting me to use tabby to take a year’s subscription Management should train her how to pitch sales, because she sounded desperate for it. On top of it, she mentioned to my friend that I brought a boyfriend there. With this approach, it added to my reason not to take a year’s subscription.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training at this gym for a couple of months now and genuinely appreciate how convenient and well-maintained it is. The location is easy to get to, and there’s rarely any hassle with access or parking. The space is always clean, the machines are in great condition, and there’s a variety of equipment for all kinds of workouts. It’s just a very practical and comfortable place to train… No frills, no nonsense, just a reliable gym that does things right.

Negative experience: Ridiculous, huh! I came to this gym to get a day pass for me and my partner, just to compare it with the gyms around so I can decide where to get a membership. After a few minutes of waiting at the reception, a Filipino receptionist showed up and started talking like she owned the gym I was surprised to hear that they charge for a trial day pass. Then that Filipino lady said, “I can give the lady a free pass,” like we were in a nightclub or lounge lol

He tailors workouts to fit your specific goals and pushes you in the best way possible. His motivation and dedication are unmatched, making every session both challenging and rewarding. Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms in Dubai and the best gym in DIP. The equipments is up to date and brand new and fully equipped. The staff are amazing and very supportive especially Miss Sherly, very dependable and energetic and also very friendly. I would highly recommend to join.

Negative experience: Extremely Rude Behavior by Shelly I had a terrible experience at Prime Fitness because of Shelly’s rude and unprofessional attitude. Instead of being helpful, she was dismissive and disrespectful, making the entire interaction uncomfortable. Customer service should be a priority in any gym, but unfortunately, that’s not the case here. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with her if you’re expecting a welcoming and professional environment. Prime Fitness should take action to ensure staff treat members with basic courtesy.

Negative experience: Honest review from a person who's born and raised in the UAE and have been to multiple gyms throughout UAE: - The front office desk staff is nice only when they are in a good mood. - I personally have been very kind to them. - Today dt. 4th February 2025, when I asked for a bottle of water which I was planning to buy with the coins which I was carrying or card in case if the coins were not sufficient guess what happened "the front desk staff accused me by saying that I took bottle of water before and haven't paid them" and when I said I always carry my own and I never took before, for some reason the lady said it's okay but you have to pay for it. Seriously??!!! Here I am trying to say I never took the bottle of water from you guys and it's the first time and they claim I took and also instead of listening you just go "it's okay!"... Well it's not okay. First of all you cannot accuse someone with something which you do not have proof of and at least listen to the person if you made a wrong accusation. You have cameras and you can check anytime you want. - Well super mood spoilers/arrogant. - Somehow I am going to complete my subscription of 4 months (Still 3 more months to go) and not going to renew my subscription here again.

I am personally getting personal training with KC (coach) who has been instrumental in helping me get closer to my goals in a pragmatic and result-based approach. I recently joined the club and have been very pleased with my personal trainer KC and the reception team. Trainer KC: KC has been excellent in his training, customizing the workouts to suit my body type and specific needs. His extensive knowledge and deep understanding of fitness have helped me achieve my goals effectively and quickly. He is patient and encouraging, making my workouts enjoyable and motivating. Reception: Jessica at the reception has been incredibly kind, cheerful, and full of positive energy. Unlike some of my previous experiences with other reception teams, Jessica has always been welcoming and friendly, making me feel comfortable and integrated into the club from the very first moment. Overall, I would like to thank the Prime Fitness team for the wonderful experience at the club. The level of professionalism and attention to detail has been outstanding, and I highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for an encouraging and effective environment to achieve their fitness goals. Fantastic experience: Prime fitness in DIP 1 is excellent place for my fitness goals, well located as well. The ambiance and equipments are all new and well maintained. The staff is well behaved. Special mention for my Coach KC who is brilliant and very passionate in his job. He keeps pushing me to achieve my personal goals and free to communicate. Fantastic experience: You are welcomed by the smiling Jessy and you get to enjoy this gym's variety of new equipment for both upper and lower body and large space. The atmosphere at this gym motivates me to work hard to reach my goals. The changing room has showers and lockers. I really like this gym cause its very close to where I live and is a 3 minute walk from DIP metro station exit 2. It's located inside European Business Center, towards the right end corner.
