Negative experience: Booked a visit through classpass. Tried calling several times before the visit but the number they have on their website and on google is not valid or was out of service. Arrived at the location and the parking attendant would not let me in without a confirmation from the gym. How does one receive said confirmation? - by calling them (no answer as usual). There is no parking anywhere else in the area for a mile, so I just drove home after trying to reach them for 20 minutes and arguing with the parking attendant. Absolute waste of time

Fantastic experience: A very well-equipped gym with excellent facilities. I have been training there for a long time, and the highlight is their team of highly professional trainers. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help.

Negative experience: This is absolutely unacceptable. I came in today to find all my personal belongings from my locker thrown into a garbage bag without any prior notice or communication. To make matters worse, Tony was extremely disrespectful when I spoke to him about it. He refused to acknowledge his mistake and even said, “disrespectful things happen, it’s fine.” That kind of response is completely unprofessional and shows zero accountability. No one has the right to touch or remove personal items without consent. This is a clear violation of privacy and trust. It’s not safe to leave anything in this facility if staff believe they can simply throw away members’ belongings whenever they please. This issue needs to be addressed immediately, and I expect a formal response from management on how such behavior is being allowed.

Negative experience: So Disrespectful and Unbelievable Behavior from the Management.I’m honestly shocked and angry. I’m still a member of this gym, and today we found out that they went and opened all the lockers without even informing anyone. They removed our personal belongings and put everything in garbage bags! Imagine — your own things thrown in a trash bag like they mean nothing. They didn’t send any message, no email, no WhatsApp, nothing at all, even though they have all our contacts. And when we went to take our things, the manager didn’t even have the decency to say sorry. He was talking in such a rude and defensive way, not even listening, not even accepting that what they did was wrong. He just kept talking over us like we don’t matter. It’s really disgusting and disappointing how little respect they have for their members. I never expected this kind of behavior from a place where we go every day and trust them with our personal stuff. Totally unacceptable.

Positive experience: I’ve been going to this gym for a while now and overall, I really enjoy the environment and setup. The equipment is good, the place is clean, and the atmosphere keeps me motivated to show up regularly. Some of the equipment are old, rubber is coming off from the place we hold. They should timely check and replace them with new. There was one instance where a particular machine went out of order and it took quite some time (over a month) to get it fixed. I feel the management could consider arranging a replacement during such times or keeping an extra unit for popular machines just like they do with the treadmills to avoid inconvenience for members. Apart from that, everything else has been smooth. A special mention to the new trainer, Nazir. He’s excellent!! His guidance has made a big difference in my sessions. I had been doing some weight exercises for a long time, and only after Mr. Nazir coached me I realized that my posture and technique were not correct. I was really surprised by the way he explained how to engage each muscle and perform every movement properly. He has great technical knowledge about workouts, posture, right way to train and he is genuinely passionate about improvement of members. Overall, a great gym with scope for a few improvements, but definitely worth recommending.

Fantastic experience: What I love about snapfitness downtown is that staff members are very helpful and polite, gym is very clean and they clean it at least 2-3x a day. Price for the membership is flexible you can choose from 3 up to 12 month memberships and prices are more than acceptable considering the location. Gym is not too crowded and there are no too many annoying gymfluencers with camera sticks.

With its approachable coaches, and good quality equipment (like Octane fitness) offering various workout possibilities, Snap fitness in Downtown is a good place to begin the fitness journey. Tony and Sukh are very welcoming and they both offer good walkthroughs for the new customers, and share all necessary information. My coach Taj (Shoiab Ahmed) deserves a special mention. He is a very well trained fitness coach who takes real good care of his clients.

Negative experience: Worst and grade C gym at the heart of downtown. Their equipments are at least 5 years outdated, the ones that exists are in horrible condition. Their washrooms are worst than railway toilets with serious hygiene issues. I go there only because of my trainer and the proximity from office otherwise please don’t opt for it. Attaching pictures and you can simply make out the state of gym where toilet paper is being offered in place of proper tissue roll.

Positive experience: Totally it was fair experience but there were lot to improve. From the machines which were not new and well maintained.

Positive experience: "I've been a member of Snapfitness for almost 4 years now, and I must commend the excellent staff—Tony, Farhan, Jijo, Edwin, Alma, and Sohiab. They are always attentive and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. However, I feel there's a real need for some upgrades. Several machines, including the rowing machines, treadmills, bicep, and calf machines, are underutilized and could be replaced with better equipment. The showers also need a complete overhaul, and many lockers don't function properly. Despite the consistent increase in membership fees, the facilities have not seen significant improvements and are beginning to feel outdated. An upgrade to match the rising membership costs would be highly appreciated.

Fantastic experience: Well maintained gym, economical, kind staff and conveniently located. They have experienced team of Personal trainers who tailor the workouts as per your fitness goals and advise on proper nutrition. Special mention to Alma, my PT because of whom I look forward to my gym sessions. Tony and team is super friendly and always available for any kind of help you need, be it workout related or taking prompt action on customer feedback. Although one suggestion to the management would be to install a vending machine or resume the tiny cafe within the gym for easy access to protein power ups.

Negative experience: The safety is a concern for me - I note the flooring is bloated in a couple of places and they haven’t bothered to fix it - need to be careful when working with weights as you can trip and fall. It has been like this for a few months now. Update on 5 Nov 2024 Hi, can you please ensure tissue is kept in the ladies cloak room, lesser weight handballs are available and general refurbishment is done. The trainers are too good, but I think it’s time for full refurbishment and replacement of damaged goods

Positive experience: Signed up during Ramadan for a better deal. The gym is quite affordable and within convenient walking distance from Downtown area. Can be a little crowded during peak times like after work hours and before closing hours. The staff are friendly and professional.

I've been training there for 2 years now, and I've seen they have deceitful and dishonest practices not only towards the customers but to employees as well. To give some examples, they have organized competitions, and they never actually give the prizes to the winners. If you care about others, please always ask about the labor condition of the staff.
