Fantastic experience: A very good gym, and easy to access in the Business Bay area, the opening hours of this gym are very good, also great personal like the gentleman wishal at the reception and Mr. Christian the sports trainer.

Positive experience: It's a gym you will visit if you don't entertain much crowds but what hit your workout. Its clean too

One of the best parts is the trainer – they’re very supportive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Specially ms.Sheredika if you’re a beginner or more advanced, she guides you through your workout and make sure you’re doing everything safely and correctly. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic Gym & Outstanding Trainer! I had an absolutely fantastic experience training at Generation Iron in Business Bay from late January to early February this year! The gym itself is great – the 24/7 access was incredibly convenient, and they have a wide variety of machines to suit any workout. Plus, having protein drinks readily available post-workout was a definite bonus. What truly made my experience exceptional was my trainer, Shraddha. She is incredibly knowledgeable across different disciplines, including diet planning, resistance training, functional workouts, and even Pilates. Shraddha didn't just guide my workouts; she meticulously followed up on my meals, calculated my daily intake, and gave me precise advice on optimizing my diet for maximum performance. Beyond her technical expertise, Shraddha is a fantastic motivator and was always flexible, readily accommodating last-minute changes to my session times which was super helpful. What really impressed me was her dedication – she even continued to check in on me and encouraged me to keep up my fitness journey after I left Dubai! Highly recommend Generation Iron Business Bay, and especially recommend training with Shraddha if you want expert guidance and genuine support!

It offers everything I need to train effectively without the pretentiousness. In a busy area like Business Bay, finding a 24-hour gym with such a welcoming atmosphere and top-notch equipment is rare. The staff is incredibly friendly—always smiling and helpful, including the personal trainers who, even though I haven’t signed up for sessions, are always happy to assist and guide others. There’s no ego, no attitude—just good vibes all around. Unlike some gyms where people can be intimidating or hog machines, here everyone respects each other’s space and is approachable. They have a wide range of equipment for every muscle group, a dedicated workout/stretching room, and even an outdoor space for crossfit-style training. The gym is well-lit, air-conditioned, and clean with decent locker rooms, free Wi-Fi, a water station, and protein shakes/energy drinks available. A big bonus? 2 hours of complimentary parking, which motivates you to complete your workout efficiently. That alone is gold in Business Bay! Whether you're a beginner or someone chasing serious transformation goals (like I am!), this place has everything you need. I'm already feeling the difference and excited for what’s ahead. She was friendly, professional, and worked out a fair price for me, which I really appreciated. It set a great tone from the start. I also had two personal training sessions with Adil, and they were awesome. He really knows his stuff — he was encouraging, focused on proper form, and tailored the workouts to match my goals. It has multiple equipments to work on every single muscle and big studio space to do functional training and stretching! A separate platform to do deadlift, battle rope or even tyre flip.

Positive experience: Ein neues Gym mit guter Ausstattung für die Größe. Das Gym ist insgesamt aber klein. Ich würde niemandem eine Membership empfehlen, wenn der Anfahrtsweg etwas länger ist. Dafür bekommt man anderswo einfach mehr für sein Geld aufgrund der geringen Größe.
