Ladies Gym

Fantastic experience: There’s no preworkout that can replace HEART. You have to walk in the gym everyday, with a unsatisfied hunger to train like a Beast.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this gym at all 1. Trainer pushes me without considering knee problem. I told her several times and she ignored me and would not listen and would get angry with me and give me a bad look if I didnt do the exercise which I know would cause injury. I ended up in tears due to this. 2. The trainers speak in their language about you and then all look at you, whilst one of them is training you. I asked the trainer not to do that and she stopped for 2 sessions then again she started. 3. I had done something not in guideline of their rules which I forgot and to address it another trainer shouted 'eh' in front of several members to call me and blurted out in front of other members what I cannot do which was embarrasing for me. 4. I put weights back in the correct place, another member had not and the instructor accused me of having misplaced the weight. I said check the cameras it was not me and you have 6 other members in the gym why are you only asking me!? 5. I go to the gym to leave happy, the 9 times I have been- 4 of them I have left extremely upset or in tears. They are rude, disrespectful and do not know how to treat members. If you are looking for happy and safe space, including a friendly gym this is not the one.

Fantastic experience: The trainers are super sweet and they explain everything in detail, even if you’re a beginner.

Fantastic experience: الصالة مره حلوة ومرتبة، كل شي نظيف والمدربات حبوبات ويشجعونك على طول.

Fantastic experience: المدربات هون غير شكل، بيعطوا اهتمام فردي، وبيتابعوا تقدمك. أنا شخصياً نزلت وزن وتحسّن جسمي كتير بفضل نصائحهم وخطتهم الغذائية البسيطة. شكراً كتير إلكن.

Fantastic experience: Honestly, this gym is one of the cleanest and most comfortable places I’ve ever joined. The trainers are so welcoming and supportive, they really make you feel at home.

Negative experience: تجربتي في الجيم للاسف سيئه، واجهت موقف مع الكوتش بريندا، مالها حق ترفس تيلفوني بريلها وقت التمرين نحن مش عمال عندها .. دافعين بفلوسنا وتعاملنا معامله عمال تاخذ الأمور بشكل شخصي وتعاملت بطريقه غير لبقه كنت أتوقع تعامل أرقى منهم ، الاحترام اساس أي تعامل

Fantastic experience: The palace is clean, and the treatment from the trainers and everyone is excellent

Positive experience: The Coaches are excellent especially Brenda and Eva. Even though i have not trained with them but I learned a lot from them. Thanks for being patient, encouraging and inspiring! the only concern is that i wish that the gym get bigger and get more equipments.

Fantastic experience: النادي الرياضي ممتاز جداً والمدربات محترفات في التدريب وتعاملهم أكثر من راقي، والنادي الرياضي فيه كل انواع الاجهزة الرياضيه اللي تفيد في خسارة الوزن وشد الجسم أنصح الجميع بالإشتراك.

Negative experience: If i could give it zero I would, bad customer service starting from the owner to the staff. dirty equipments, place. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

Negative experience: اداره فاشله، مكان وصخ وحمام واحد مشترك، staff صعب التعامل معاهم، اتمنى من البلديه اجراء جولات تفتشيه في المكان

Negative experience: المكان وصخ وايد لدرجه في كل زاويه في وصخ و ماشي تعامل زين من الاداره والموظفين لو انه اخر جم ما بسير له

Positive experience: Have Good equipments but the place needs maintenance. The staffs are rude to the clients
