Negative experience: The equipment’s are bad and old and there is a lot of missing things I’ve recently joined just because it’s close to my home but I can’t preform many of the workouts due to missing the very basic equipments at the gym Like the chess press and Roman chair This is supposed to be a fully equipped gym They focus so much on making the people join and so little on making the gym better Such a bad place to be at

Negative experience: اتمنى ان المالك يشوف هذا الريفيو ويقرأه وياخد اجراء مع فريق العمل ماله لانهم جعلوه اسوء مكان ممكن تتعامل معاه في الامارات ما في احترام للعملاء ابدا ما عندهم اسلوب ولا يعرفوا معنى خدمة عملاء من مديرة الافرع للعاملين في المكان معظهم الا من رحم ربي اسلوبهم اسوء ما يكون، كل هدفهم يمسكوا في العميل كأنه فريسة بينقضوا عليه عشان يحصلوا منه فلوس ويفضلوا يتصلوا على الناس يقنعوهم لحد بس ما يشتركوا ويورطوهم تحت مسمى عرض ويخلوا الشخص يشترك وما يخبروه شي عن سياسة المكان او نظامه يحاولوا بس يغفلوا المشترك وما يعطوه فرصة يكتشف حقيقتهم وبس يحصلوا الفلوس وبعدهم يكشفوا عن وشهم الحقيقي وتكتشف من البداية ان كل تعاملهم بالغش والخداع واذا حصل لك اي ظرف وقتها يخبروك انه ما بنقدر نرد لك فلوسك لدرجة ان لو حد خسر وظيفته وما عنده فلوس يدفع باقي الدفعات خلال Tabby رفضوا يلغوا له العضوية ويردوا باقي المبلغ ال حصلوه من العميل ل تابي لانه ما عنده يدفع لهم تخيلوا في ظرف زي ده يرفضوا ويخلوا الشخص يتورط مع تابي ويضطر يدفعهم برغم ظروفه والله الاعلم دبر اموره كيف ولما حاول يقنعهم انه ينقل العضوية لأي حد من الأعضاء عندهم او انهم يساعدوه انهم يعطوا باقي مدة العضوية لأي عميلة عندهم رفضوا يساعدوه وبعد ما بقيت تحاول تلاقي حد تنقل له العضوية بس عشان تحصل فلوسها في ظروفها السيئة دي، زميلتها ال جابتها لهذا المكان السيئ عشان حست بالذنب قررت تاخد ال باقي في عضويتها ورفضوا وعملوا دراما وابتدعوا سياسة مو موجودة غير عندهم وهي ان لو عضوة لازم تنتظر ٦٠ يوم بعد تاريخ انتهاء عضويتها عشان تقدر تاخد عضويتي تخيلوا، ولما حصلت واحدة تانية قالوا كانت عضوة عندهم في فرع تاني وانا ما كنت عارفو اصلا ورفضوا كمان يخلوني انقل لها العضوية، وطلعت الأخت كانت عضوة معاهم وكانوا سيئين جدا معاها لدرجة انها قررت ما تجدد معاهم ولما شافت اعلاني وكلمتني وعرفت الظروف والوضع يعطيها العافية قررت تاخد عضويتي عشان ظرفي انا ما تركت مكان ما نزلت فيه اعلان عشان احصل واحدة تاخد ال باقي من العضوية وتدفع لي الفلوس وحتى لو بالخسارة بس احصل اي شي من فلوسي لاني بحاجتها، ولكن كل ال بيعرف الجيم ويدخل يشوف الريفيوهات السيئة عليه بيرفضوا ياخدوا العضوية ويجوا على هذا المكان البشع انا كنت باشوف تعاملهم السيئ وكنت باشوف ناس كتير مضطرة تكمل بس عشان فلوسهم ال حتروح عليهم وال شغالين وأولهم المديرة بيستغلوا الشي ده حتى المدربات الفلبينيات كان منهم ناس اسوء ما يكون لدرجة انهم بيتنمروا على المشتركات الهنود والعرب باسوء العبارات والنظرات وانا واحدة من الناس ال اتعرضت ل ده وكان الشي ده مضايقني بس للأسف طلعت المديرة اسوء منهم وبتدافع عنهم لأنهم سيئين مثلها وما فارق معاها رضاء العملاء مادام حصلت فلوسهم وزي ما شوفت اغلب الريفيوهات ان المكان ده مبني على الغش والاحتيال على العملاء لأخذ فلوسهم وفي النهاية يطرشوا لي رسالة اننا ما حننقل لك عضويتك لأي حد ولا حنلغي لك وما ليكي عندنا اي شي وين مالك المكان من كل ال بيستوي بهذا المكان، انا ال باعرفه ان المالك للافرع مالتهم مواطن ومن المستحيل يكون عارف بال يسوونه ويكون راضي وقابل بكده لان اخلاق المواطنين عالية ومحترمين وما بيرضوا بشي، وهما بيرفضوا يعطوا رقمه لأي عميل يكون عنده معاهم مشكلة ولا يسمحوا انهم حتى يتواصلوا معاه ويخلوا العميلة تكلمه لأنهم ما عايزينه يعرف سي من ال يسوونه مع العملاء وأنهم بيطفشوا الناس باسلوبهم ال من اسوء ما يكون وبعدين يرجعوا يدوروا على غيرهم ويتصلوا على الناس عشان يقنعوهم يشتركوا معاهم لو بتحترموا الناس وتعرفوا يعني شو خدمة عملاء ما كانت الريفيوهات السيئة ال بتنصح الناس بعدم التعامل معكم وعدم الاشتراك في الجيم مالكم، تكون معبية الصفحة، انا كنت فاكرة ان فريق فرع ند الحمر ال سيئين بس لما دخلت وشوفت لقيت ان فرع الورقاء كمان وهذا معناه ان السبب من الإدارة نفسها اذا كان فريق العمل بجميع الافرع سيئ وهذا يرجع لسوء اختيار لفريق العمل وعدم محاسبتهم على اخطاءهم مع العملاء وعدم وجود رقابة عليهم بل والابشع ان يكون بيتم تحريضهم على اسلوب التعامل السيئ وعدم احترام العملاء وفعل كل الأشياء المخالفة للاعراف والقانون والمنطق والادمية واذا المالك ما سوى وقفة واخد إجراء لإصلاح المكان الفاسد هذا اكيد في حد من العملاء حيكون وصله للحد وطاقته نفدت وحيسوي شي وياخد إجراء ضد اسوء فريق عمل ومديرة الواحد صادفهم واتعامل معاهم في دولة محترمة وراقية وتحترم الناس مثل دولة الامارات انا اضطريت اعطي نجمة بس عشان اقدر انشر التعليق ولكن لا يستحقون حتى النجمة واذا كان في تقييم بالناقص كان عطيتهم ناقص مليووون

Negative experience: نادي سيء جداً بعد ما طلعو من الناس من اخلاقهم و تركيزهم على المال شهريا يتصلون فيها ٤-٥ مرات عشان نشترك في الجيم وقفو هذي السياسيه كرهتونا فالجيم اكثر و سكروه بالمره دام لهالدرجه ماعندكم كستمرز

Fantastic experience: Fitness Terminal - where you need to stop and activate your woman super power! I just did my workout today and I really enjoy my experience with them. The main reason is they have very kind staff, they will welcome you with smile. What Filipino people have known for… Flor and the rest of membership team, and one personal trainer, they greeted everyone who came inside and outside… very rare in a gym They will put your mood in beast mode! As it is ladies gym, photos or videos not allowed however they have best equipment, huge gym, space enough for everyone even it’s peak hour.! Really vibrant and positive environment !

Positive experience: I never expected this from a small local gym but honestly it’s genuinely a very good gym given the price you pay. They have a variety of services, classes, membership offers, and machines. I personally also loved my coach Jena, not only is she always motivational and positive but she cares about her clients a lot. Overall I’d say my experience has been great so far compared to other gyms I’ve been to. However I would say they really need to either replace their cardio machines or fix them because they do seem run down a bit and there needs to be better exercising matts as well.

Fantastic experience: I joined this gym only after I tried one of coach Natalia classes. The first trial class was enough to let me so excited to join more of her classes. My membership is now about to expire and I can say that I rarely missed her classes even though I tried so many other gyms before like fitness first but I never continued going to gym till the last day of my membership except with coach Natalia. she makes us want to not miss the class and gives us positive energy during the class. She’s never late and always want to give more even if it will make her go beyond the class timings. When I joined the gym There was two girls in class but the more the people trying her classes the more members joining the gym and now we are around 10 always attending her classes . You need to try her class and she will make you never stop working out. I can’t imagine fitness terminal without her!

Positive experience: My short story with coach Natalia Lakh...when I joined the gym I couldn't lift a 4kg dumble,couldn't lift a dead weight bar ,couldn't balance on the ball and she never gave up on me. A story she will live to tell.wish you could see how much weight i can lift now.Only 2 months later am totally a different person I get restless if I don't attend her classes .my transformation has been nothing but amazing.
