Fantastic experience: Hatha yoga has really helped me with my neck pain within 4 classes. It really helped me to correct my posture ,which was the main cause for my neck pain. I recommend this institute , since they provide one to one attention and slowly take you through each stage of asanas based on the individual. Fantastic experience: I started my Yoga journey with Hatha Vidya Yoga Centre since last December and I must say it is truly a wonderful experience. The teachers at Hatha Vidya are simply exceptional, and their teaching methods are extremely effective in helping me improve my yoga practice. I was blown away by the individual attention to detail provided by the teachers, who were constantly making sure that every single student was performing each pose correctly, and were always willing to offer helpful feedback and advice. Following my first 8 days session, I decided to join their Yoga Teacher Training course, which I am pursuing currently, is giving me a different perspective of Yoga Learning. Fantastic experience: Awesome yoga center. For me it is special because my acquaintance with yoga began here. The atmosphere is very warm and inspiring, the teachers are kind and sincere. Of course, I am especially grateful to my teacher Rupa! Unconditional support, understanding on her part of what you need to give for your development! It attracts in this center that it is an Indian center (in fact, yoga was created in India), so we get a classical school of yoga without new fashionable admixtures and trends. It is also personally motivating for me that the teachers themselves decide when to transfer you to which level, I think this is very professional and correct! I would like to add that all the students are very smiling and friendly, ready to support! I see a very good prospect for the development of this center! The instructors are all very patient and calm and guide you well through the yoga process. They don't rush with the training, there is step by step process as per your body flexibility and it is amazing how you end up doing the asanas with ease in some time as they help you focus on getting the right posture with the  proper technique. Fantastic experience: I signed up for the 24-class introductory module. had a great deal of hesitation before enrolling. Later, I understood the value of the decision I had made. It provides you actual inside development and eventually others will perceive you with external transformation. Really excellent tutors, comfortable environment, individual attention. They take a human engine with complete control and give us a fresh, active, and light engine in exchange. You'll lose all sense of time and space, especially during the relaxation exercise, and feel like flying.

Fantastic experience: Namaskaram. Hatha Vidya has a team of excellent Teachers and instructors at the centre. Very supportive and patient with the students. The Yoga that is taught here is very traditional Hatha Yoga and that is the most important aspect of the Centre. Teaching India's most ancient Yoga techniques is one reason I approached Hatha Vidya. I am currently also pursuing their Bhagavad-Gita sessions and they are highly thought provoking and transformative. Bala Sir and all the teachers are extremely dedicated to the teaching of Yoga and giving back to the society. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Gratitude and respect .

Fantastic experience: I was hesitant to join a yoga class fearing commitment issues. Was recommended to this center by a relative and joined it with a lot of skepticism. The first class took away all my fears as it was the best 90 minutes I spent. Although a group class, the instructor paid attention to each and everyone and made sure we all got even the minute details right. I couldn't have asked for a better class than this as the focus was entirely on getting the form right and wasn't a rushed endeavor. I highly recommend this class to everyone. Fantastic experience: Completely diff experience than many other Yoga centers. Everyone (and I mean everyone) gets personalized attention, as instructor is not talking to a class, but individually to each person in class. Everyone gets individual instructions, based on their level of flexibility and adaptability. They have a gradual way of taking you to the calm and stable state. Initially, it may seem that their exercises/postures are not rigorous or strenuous (if thats what you are looking in Yoga) , but they become very effective once you get the hang of “right way” to hold a pose - and it will show on your body

I always thought that my body is not made for yoga, too stiff, but (Rupa) patiently worked with me to help me relax and do the asanas . Fantastic experience: I would missed very valuable things in life if I have not been to Hathayoga . I joined basic program at Al Nada in august 2021. Rupa was my yoga teacher. Personal attention was given to each person. Also they have a very structured way for each asana to attain each pose. They also focus on prepping the body for all asana.
