Fantastic experience: I feel delighted and really pamperd when I indulged my self into Rotana resort luxury experience i would love to share it every where i got welcomed with warm greetings and charming smiles by hospitality of Ms.Alia from Tunisia and .Ms Rimel from Algeria high professional well groomed and high scale of experience in hospitality ...highly recommend you to try the experiment..just step in and you will get astonished by the welcoming of Alia and Rimel

Negative experience: Ann and Gul Baz enforce rules inconsistently when the manager isn't around, allowing some members to wear slippers while stopping others. Policies should be applied fairly to everyone.

Fantastic experience: It was an amazing experience for the swimming pool recreation department thanks to mr abdo the manager he was so professional and understanding to our situation that we were 2 and have one voucher as we called morning time the receptionist of the hotel infromed us that its ok if one will use the pool and other one will sit he allowed us to enter for the misunderstanding so many thanks to him and mr Gul daz for the good welcoming and ms diana for the guidance , her patience and friendly smile.

Positive experience: A good gym with basic equipment, enough to get you through essential workout exercises. There are two squash courts and an exquisite swimming pool enjoyable on relaxation days. An outdoor jacuzzi is available as well. There is a bar at the pool, Trader Vic's and a Lebanese restaurant called Min zaman. A tennis court is available too.

Positive experience: Lovely squash courts with racquets provided! Amazing prices on Saturday, Tuesday and Thursday!

Fantastic experience: EMS Training now available inside the Gym. The trainer was very good and professional. I took 3 month membership, and already lost 4 kg after 1 month only. The facilities are also great and clean.
