Fantastic experience: I am a bit novice to gym workouts, I was like on and off at the gym in different locations. However , this place stood out for me due to many reasons and it stuck me here for almost three months.Thus, my plan is to continue with Body Force as long as I stay in Al Ain. The highlight of the gym is the support and care by the trainers which is undoubtedly top notch. The trainers are very attentive to each and everyone, especially those who are new. The location is great though it's highly trafficked, washrooms are pretty clean. Therefore, I would say it's the best in Al Ain while considering the price and services rendered. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Best Service, Best Community! Started out at Body Force as a total amateur with zero experience or knowledge as to how gyms work or how workouts are to be done. The trainers have been absolutely outstanding, and the equipment here seems to do the trick! Right guidance, paced workouts and heavily customised training. Couldn’t ask for more. The coaches are great responsible personalities, who take care of the students and clients in their best way. They teach the students in both physical and scientific way of training. Hence the students will not do any kind of miss practice and get injured. I recommend this gymnasium for everyone for their physical fit which leads to good mental health.
