Negative experience: Ok so this gym is the biggest scam ive ever seen , first of all youbsignin with them for a year then they keep charging you after , second they confirmed for me twice that i can pay in cash and even gave me a reciept and then after i trying to go another branch they say cash payments didnt reflect on the system and youll have to pay 2 months settlements in order to join the gym the acciuntant literally told me i can just complain in the court , please be cautious with them
Negative experience: Very bad gym , old equipment, dirty environment, and very poor staff attitude , honestly, I don’t recommend it at all

Positive experience: Great state of the art gym, really wonderfull staff. Only complaint is gym dumbells and plates aren't organised. Hard to find the dumbell/plate you're looking for when everyone else isn't returning them to the correct place and order. Gym should put strict rules.

Negative experience: Very bad customer service, no one will help you if you keep your card with them be sure every month until you last day in your life they will deduct even you inform them that you get transfer to other city Really it's unfair that you can't take your rights from them

Negative experience: The gym is amazing, but exiting the contract has been an absolute nightmare. I informed the gym in writing after my contract ended that I did not want to continue with the summation and my contract should terminated, however they continued to deducted my account. Contacted each time my account was deducted to let they know they are still deducting, but no response. Finally, they decided to pay attention to my requests they suggested to give me access to gym facility for equivalent to the months of they deducted. I told them I want the cash back and don't want to use the facility. They are now back to ghosting me. It's really been a frustrating journey with their service staff in this regard

Positive experience: I would like to give you an honest review about my experience specially with the cancellation process. I was being supported and helped with the staff specially Shadi, he was helping me through my inquiries and through the cancellation. He responds very fast and very professional dealing with customers. I would like to thank the staff in khalidyah mall and personally to Shadi for all his help and support. The ladies gym is also very nice, clean and hygienic.

Fantastic experience: Over all experience is very good. Me and my husband are happy with our personal trainor. I just have one comment regarding on one of your staffs. A male staff with long hair compared to the normal hair lenght for a guy. I was calling him to assist me unfortunately he did not assist me but instead he gave me a hand gesture for me to wait.he was just walking and walking in the area last night. I hope he will learn to be more polite with your customers.

Fantastic experience: Love the ladies only classes and coaches but Inside the ladies only section of khaldiya mall branch there’s only 4 treadmills and one is been out of order for more than three weeks, we have to wait in a line to use it. Taking into account that in the mix area of the same branch there are more than 20 treadmills and I’ve seen half of them empty in a peek hour. It’s unfair.

Fantastic experience: A great place to workout, they have good machines Prices are reasonable and affordable for all, You can find personal trainers there and all classes are free included in the subscription when you join except for Blitz
