Fantastic experience: It's been a month since I started, they have experienced trainer's who are welcoming and friendly and push you to get the best out of you . The best part is they have different routines, and you can choose based upon your convenience .

I've been a member for a week, and I’m impressed by the diverse workouts and well-equipped & friendly coaches. The atmosphere is motivating, and there's something for everyone, whether you're into strength, cardio, or functional training. Highly recommend!

Jela understand what i required and given great suggestions for me. Fantastic experience: Me and my hubby are new to the gym world and new members in this gym. They had discounted offer for couples and I wanted to go to the gym with my hubby but still do workouts with ladies. Group workouts are intense, the coaches are good and friendly. They push you but also consider your level. They have different group classes with changing routines so you won't get bored. Looking forward to building the discipline and working on my health coz office job is just making me lethargic. To improve: Mat sanitation and maybe an air purifier to reduce the rubber smell. UPDATE: Gym smell is better than before, and the facility is being properly maintained and cleaned. The coaches also encourages discipline in returning the equipment to the proper storage. No one leaves equipment lying around the facility anywhere.

Fantastic experience: I recently enrolled in multifit mussafa branch. Thanks to Jela and Marc, they are very accomodating. They toured me at the gym facility and presented me what program and fitness classes they offer. They assess first my BMI and asked me what is my goal that I want to achieve and they are very sure that we can achieve goal. They have different fitness classes and I can prove that It will motivate you to strive more, Push your limits to be more stonger and be the best version of your self. Looking forward to do more workouts and fitness classes on this Gym!! Keep it Up!!

Fantastic experience: Hi, myself and my Hubby joined Multifit gym shabiya recently. We joined in a couple offer and the staffs are great friendly The place is quite different from other gyms in shabiya it’s a Studio type & All the coaches (Sam, Marc,Renu & Jeela)are super skilled and giving you intense workouts to make us to do the best. All are Group classes on daily unique workout patterns. Special mention to Trainer Maarc who give you simple but sweat workouts but also consider your levels, and Trainer Sam also give intense workouts both are encouraging & Pushing us to do. We are really happy that we both started together healthy lifestyle and I highly recommend the Gym in Shabiya.

Fantastic experience: Multifit is a good gym in Abu Dhabi Shabia 10. This is a different kind of gym. That there are always Trainers with you. A different Exercise where gym trainers Mr. Marc, Jela, Sam, Maria watch over you to increase your stamina. I would suggest you to join a gym.

Positive experience: I started classes at the gym a week ago, and I am thoroughly impressed. The coaches are exceptionally well-trained and really focus on customer needs, especially Mark. Their full-body exercise teaching method is fantastic; I am sweating a lot, thanks to Mark and Sam. The other coaches are also fantastic and very cooperative. Overall, a great experience so far!

Negative experience: Not enough space, feels cramped. It’s a flat converted to a gym. I would say it’s a makeshift arrangement. The place doesn’t have a vibe of a workout place

Fantastic experience: The new place is bit small compared to Capital Mall one but same coaches and group classes they have separate ladies only gym timings getting cowded like every other gym in the evening but they have 2 floors to manage. Coach Jela rocks with her cycling class always good vibes with Multifit

Negative experience: It used to be one of the best gyms in Abu Dhabi, especially for those who wish to gain high fitness, but in recent months the management has destroyed the club by the following steps. 1. Cancellation of yoga classes and discharge the trainer. 2. Cancellation of MMA & Boxing classes and discharge of the coach, 3. Indoor cycling lessons were cancelled. 5. discharge their best CrossFit trainer. 6. Hiring inexperienced trainers. كان في السابق واحد من أفضل الأندية في أبوظبي خصوصا لمن يرغب باكتساب لياقة عالية لكن الإدارة قامت في الأشهر الأخيرة بتدمير النادي عبر اتباع الخطوات التالية. ١. إلغاء دروس اليوجا و التخلي عن المدربة. ٢. إلغاء دروس القتال الفني المختلط والتخلي عن المدرب، ٣. إلغاء دروس الدراجات الداخلية. ٥. التخلي عن أفضل مدرب كروس فت لديهم. ٦. تعيين مدربين قليلي الخبرة

Fantastic experience: The service and training of this gym makes me feel that it's the best place to be. The timetable target all you need for the whole week of training. Very friendly staff, clean environment, amazing functional training with the best coaches. Thank you Multifit, you change my life. Highly recommended

Negative experience: The gym needs improvements, ladies section is very small and they do classes in the middle of the gym leaving no space for us to train. Lack of machines and during afternoon you can’t find free weights. They don’t open on Saturdays while other gyms do. Otherwise staff are good and friendly.

Negative experience: Very messy gym. Machines are crammed together leaving no space to comfortably move around. Weight plates and barbells are always scattered on the floor. The staff never cleans the area. Some equipment like the dual cable machine is missing the pin to lock the weights in. The dumbbell selection is very poor, having 1 pair of light weights from 1-30 kg followed by too many heavy weights that are almost never used. It has a good amount of equipment and good machines but the staff and tidiness of the gym is an issue.
