Fantastic experience: I really enjoy the resistance classes at F45. The routines are never the same, which keeps it interesting. Everything can be adapted to where you are in your fitness journey. There are no mirrors, which is a bonus. The coaches are friendly and motivating. The space is clean. And it's easy to get in and out. Thumbs up from me!

Fantastic experience: I started with f45 training few weeks ago, and i love it! 45min-1h of sweating and strength exercises perfect to add some sport to tour busy schedule! Trainers are professional and fun, environment is nice! All in all i would highly recommend anyone to try!

Fantastic experience: Started last Wednesday, 6am classes, 5 days a week. Haven't missed a class, and have been motivated to show up everyday. I love the diversity in skill level, in weight, in age, in color in everything. It's literally a place where you come as you are to work on you and leave. No judgements just encouragements. The trainers are awesome and approachable. The people in the class are as motivated as you are so you see the same faces each morning which is pretty cool! Cant wait to see how I feel in a couple of months. Fingers crossed!

Fantastic experience: I've tried lots of different classes in my 30 years in Dubai. The instructors at F45 in Jumeirah are the best I've come across. These classes are are perfect if you want to lose weight and get in shape quickly.
