I love especially the yoga classes, which are being trained highly professionally, but still in a friendly and pleasant way, but also the spinning classes and body workout. Very much recommended.

Fantastic experience: This place is incredible. I go to the reformer classes and the variety other classes offered like pump, spin and yoga and must say this is one of the best gyms I've come across. The classes feel like personal training because the instructors are so supportive and ensure that the class is catered to your fitness level and whether you have any injuries. The front desk staff is also so warm and welcoming. Highly recommend joining if you're in Abu Dhabi!

The teachers are amazing with enormous amount of knowledge, you never get bored they have a big variety of classes it depends what you feel like doing in that day. Fantastic experience: Joining classes at ‘the room’ is a highlight to any week. The instructors are all very knowledgeable and always bring positive uplifting energy to the class. My body and mind are better for it. Feeling energized and relaxed at the same time. It’s me time and my favorite way to spend it.

All reformer instructors were knowledgeable and well trained, but I have to say a special thank you to Eva and Emelyn for their bright smiles and positivity in every single session I had. Fantastic experience: It’s an amazing place. I really love Emelyn’s (Amy’s) reformer Pilates. She is brilliant, sweet and professional. I also like Eva’s classes, Petra’s spinning and Jasmin’s barre classes. This place is addictive! Love it!

Fantastic experience: Roses are red, violets are blue. You must try Mela’s yoga class, there’ll be fun poses she’ll help you pursue! With her guidance, I enjoyed creating balance amongst the silence. Fantastic experience: Eva, Yanping, Emy, and Adele are the best. Eva has a special place in my heart. I never liked working out Eva made me like working out consistently has amazing vibes and spirit challenges me to do moves I never thought I was capable of doing and has the most amazing smile! when I first joined Eva's class I could not even lift my leg up over the shoulder rest. Now I'm advanced with tones muscles and I can do pushups somthing I could never do when I was younger.

I fell in love with this place from the moment I opened the door and stepped into the warmest greeting as if I had just come home, full of high fives (pre Covid times) the friendliest staff always ready to help you out or answer all your questions as a new joiner! The best coaching staff(or CARE TEAM as they call them) ready to give you a good workout! Whatever class you take you are in for a treat, Core with the serious but strong Arnas, a hard sweat with always ready to make you laugh Riad, yoga with the amazing Karla, a good stretch and strength with Pilates Eva, or even share a ride with the co-owners Peter and Mim, who are always ready to give you a good workout and share their knowledge in the process. I’m grateful I found this place, the friends I’ve made, everything I have learned, and how they push me to be good today, better tomorrow... They kept me mentally and physically fit through this COVID times with their online classes which now I can stream on demand wherever I am!
