Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym.Fabulous staff. Is located inside sustainable city. Everything about the gym is sustainable. Self powered machines, hygienic and elite crowd.

Fantastic experience: FTG as their slogan says is “more than just a gym.” The trainers are amazing, every session is different. It challenges you and each class is enjoyable. Suitable for people at all levels of fitness. The PT sessions are great with lots of different qualified coaches to work with. More than that, I’ve made some great friends through the gym Thanks FTG

Fantastic experience: Super Gym with great instructors and equipment. When you walk into FTG you are first of all greeted with a friendly tone - A bit like when Norm when he walks into Cheers, but then again...since it is a gym it is wrong to make that comparison. Once you get exercising it is clear that the equipment is meticulously selected by the owners of the gym based on their decades of experience in using gym equipment. It is really top of the shelf stuff that allows you to efficiently work out the areas you are focusing on. Their instructors are extremely capable and knowledgeable, and even when you are not in on of their classes or having a PT you will easily get feedback on your exercises. Their group-sessions are also highly enjoyable and efficient and from a work perspective scheduled at good hours - As an example they have 6AM sessions. I also find great use of their Styku machine which allows you to track your progress through a computer aided measuring mechanism - I have not seen that in any other gym, but it really keeps you at it, as you can easily compare your measurements over time. Finally, this gym is not just about getting big muscles, but about getting fit. The feedback I got from PT's have helped me address my cold shoulder that I have had for years, and the overall impact of decades of desk work. They simply know what they do!

Fantastic experience: I’m regularly joining the classes and each time there is a new set off exercises which doesn’t let you bored. Trainers are also very knowledgeable explaining for each exercise how and why you should do it. It is also very good value for money as you have the option of different packages. I find them very unique compared to big gym chains.
