Jess ist ein hochmotivierter und mitreißender Trainer, der lustig und diszipliniert zugleich ist. Sie liebt das Training dort. Ich als Mutter finde es klasse, dass es kostenlose Handtücher gibt um die Kids nach dem Training kurz abzuduschen.

Fantastic experience: The best gym i have ever been too, Period. The workouts over there truly makes you feel like you have accomplished your daily fitness goals and the staff are super friendly and they always got your back. I drive every day from sharjah to Dubai just to go to Gravity. Plus they have an in-house cafe with the most delicious snacks and beverages which also accommodate people who are vegan. If you're thinking about going there don't think twice and just do it, you'll gain more than just getting fit and strong. You'll gain new friends who you can proudly call a family.

Fantastic experience: Definitely not easy and you have to put the work in. Worth doing free introduction class if you are interested in offering. Great instructors that are prepared to put the effort in to help newbies progress and they understand that progression takes time and a lot of effort. Really recommend if you want to great stronger with improved mobility and coordination plus being part of a great community

Fantastic experience: Absolutely loving the classes! Roger & Justin are very supportive and adapt the classes for different skill levels. There’s parking available which is great and the change rooms and showers are also very clean. Friendly admin staff and the little café is great too. I’d highly recommend!

Coaches are really professional and friendly at the same time, they push you making you feel confident and ready and strong enough to reach the goal. The general feeling is to have a good, proper, hard, right work out like with a PT while enjoing together in a team. I simply truly love it!

Fantastic experience: Fabulous vibes. Not like any other gym. Everyone there is Joyful. Great team working there. Good place for youngsters and professional athletes. You will meet some Gold Medal athletes over there. Also Order berrylicious, very delicious and repairs all your muscles. Clean locker rooms and showers. I strongly recommend this place

Positive experience: It's the best calisthenics gym in UAE you could train calisthenics and the thing I liked most about this gym is the Parkour training setup they have.This could be a place to train and improve your Parkour skills safely. They have air beds so you could forget the fear of falling and get the best out of you.Calisthenics or body weight training could get you to the best shape of your life. Not only that this place will provide you an environment to train it would also provide you the motivation to continue your training everyday.I would recommend this gym eventhough the staffs are not so perfect because it's that amazing and moreover calisthenics gyms are not something you could find everywhere.Let it be any place if you have a calisthenics gym nearby never miss it.If your lacking motivation to go to gym search for some videos of people doing awesome calisthenics manuvers I'm sure those videos would be of great help.I would recommend seeing videos of Chris heria his videos are also really good.Never miss your training an get back to lazy bad habits.stay healthy and good.
