Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere, with friendly staff. They are discreet and professional, knowledgable about fitness and health. One is constantly motivated and assissted, in any way needed. I was sceptical about sering results, but after 5 sessions, things definately started to change r.e. the shape, and strenth, of my body. I will definately recommend it to anybody, serious to get fit and toned!
