Fantastic experience: Top Gym has re-opened with a whole new team top to bottom. Incredible improvement in management and change of the vibe. The people that used to make this place uncomfortable are long gone. Really happy to return to this gym. Back to really being the Top Gym!

Negative experience: was suddenly closed mid september for sometimes, and have not been refunded since ....

Fantastic experience: The gym re opened with a new management that made and is making a lot of improvements, the music is lower, they’re bringing in new equipment that people actually need to use and the gym has an overall friendlier environment!

Negative experience: The gym is excellent in terms of facilities! Plenty of high-quality equipment. But unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The loud music is a negative; it makes it difficult to concentrate on your workout, and overall, the gym isn't a disco. The closure of the gym due to poor soundproofing only confirms my words. And now the main negative: the terrible customer service. I bought a membership in September and was able to use it for a week, after which the gym closed. Two months of promises about reopening and refunds remained just empty words. They didn't refund my money. And the membership simply expired. I recommend you think twice before buying a membership here.

Negative experience: Closed for 2 months from one day to another, how can this happen and leave customer like that with very little info Sound proofing issue apparently from what they say, why not addressing this before waiting the gym to be closed by the authorities ? Opening date keep changing so many times Looking forward to be welcomed like kings on re opening and good compensation (extension and extra days not enough compared to a 2 months closing prejudice)

Negative experience: Really nice place and people but I am really disappointed with the management of the gym, the gym closes and they keep lying about the reopening date, really disappointed and annoyed

Negative experience: I signed up two weeks before they closed the gym without any notice to members. In addition, I paid the whole year up front bc of the super savings. I hope they will either re-open with better communication or refund my money.

Negative experience: I have paid 8000 dirhams for 1 year membership 3 months ago. Gym has been closed for 3 weeks, they do not answer anyones calls, messages or whatsapp!!! Give your clients an update, refund our money! Answer us!! This is ridiculous and not right

Negative experience: Never trust them. Even 1 star is too much for them. They are scams taking yr money what ever issue happene no body answers yr call . There is no manager to talk with, they only says send email and they never reply u back. They took 5500k from me and changed the location i registered for and they disappeared and not replying me back and not refounding my money. Be aware of scams

Fantastic experience: Such fun classes with lots of variety—whether it’s Top Glutes, Pilates, stretching, or healthy back, there’s something for everyone. Truly recommend!
