Fantastic experience: عن نفسي اتعنى واسير الجم من دبي للشارجه واتحمل زحمه الطريج ف بعض الأوقات لاني حصلت المدربه اللي تعرف لجسمي كفايه اسلوبها وطريقه كلامها تخلي الواحد يحب الرياضه عن تجربه تمرنت مع وايد مدربات لكن مثل كوتش جيهان ماشفت ولو شو ما اقول شوي ف حقها تحمسني تشجعني اتابع معاي نظامي الغذائي كلامها طاقه ايجابيه وياريتني عرفتها من زمان انصح اللي حاب صدق يجوف التغير في وزنه في فتره قصيره طبعا مع الالتزام بالنظام الغذائي وتعليمات الكوتش يجرب كوتش جيهان وعن الجم حلوو ونظيف ويفي بالغرض

Fantastic experience: this is best gym, the trainer jahan is the best trainer i have ever met she is so passionate about fitness she takes all her clients very seriously and design exercises and diet plans according to their needs. jahan not only helped me loose weight but also toned my body. God bless her I have been to fitnest first but that turn out to be a garbage infront of this gym i wish i had known about this gym 3 years back.

Fantastic experience: ‫بصراحه انا اخذ حصص خاصه و لأول مره التزم مع مدربه بهذا الشكل. حماس المدربه و نصايحها و تمارينها المختلفه في كل حصه تخلي الاستمرار في الرياضه سهل. الحين انا معاها لأكثر من شهرين و جدا سعيده في النتيجه الي وصلتها معاها.

Fantastic experience: Best Gym ever , Trainer Mrs jehan is amazing coach and really professional, always the gym clean and sensitized, and you can find books to read and relax after gymnastics. Really you will enjoy the time specially with aerobics exercises .

Aerobics classes are highly recommended evening batch 9 to 10 during ramadan & 8 to 9 post ramadan.
