Fantastic experience: It is the longest 20 minutes of my life when I visit this place. But my body is stronger for it. Though it will be a long time before all my fat turns to muscle. I have a wonderful and sweet trainer Setare who is very sweet and soft spoken until she starts training me. Then she’s a boot camp trainer which is what is needed. I huff and puff and get through my 20 minutes.

Positive experience: 3 aspects of this review: Staff: nice and friendly Venue: ok but could have been better compared to other facilities in the same area EMS tech: a BIG NO to athletes. This should be limited to people who have issues doing sports. They tell you they can control the intensity to the muscles but that is not accurate. It controls the intensity to the full area so you can’t reshape properly as you can do with any other sport. They tell you it reduces cellulite, now I have clumps! I have remaining, paid sessions that I don’t wanna use to control damage done to my body

Fantastic experience: Training with Coach Collins has been both a blast and close to torture.. never knew EMS has such an effect, it’s truly worth 3 hours at least . Seriously folks try it, its more difficult than serious weight lifting, and the cardio will have you cry for breath, all that and its efficient and doesn’t take long, the presence of coach collins is the essence of staying motivated and doing the right moves to get the best benefit. I have tried EMS before but nothing is like this. Its all about the coach trust me. Good luck to anyone who tries it :D
