The facilities are top-notch, with a wide range of equipment that's always well-maintained and clean. The staff here are incredibly friendly. Coach Frida is amazing, she is highly professional and you will definitely achieve your goals with her! The lady at the reception is soooo lovely and friendly!!

She was one of the best coaches since the opening of the club with very high qualifications, she truly knows how the ems device work and tweak it to match your goals. I will consider a full year membership again to train with her. Great atmosphere and staff highly recommend. أنا سعيدة حقًا بعودة المدربة أمينة ، روحها وطاقتها كفيله بتشجيعك وحفاظك على مستوى عالي طوال التمرين. لقد كانت من أفضل المدربين منذ افتتاح النادي بمؤهلات عالية جدًا، فهي تعرف حقًا كيفية عمل جهاز ems وتعديله ليتناسب مع أهدافك، افكر في الاشتراك لسنة كاملة مرة أخرى للتدريب معها. جو رائع وفريق العمل موصى به للغاية.

The staff is very friendly and makes you instantly feel like you are at home. In addition, the trainers are AMAZING! you can feel results from second class . The staff is willing to work with you individually to make sure you are getting the most out of your EMS experience so that you are most comfortable. This is definitely the best EMS center in UAE.

Fantastic experience: I have been with P20 for three years now and it was the best decision I took, especially after two back surgeries. Not only did I built strong core and back muscles, I also lost weight. Samira is outstanding, she is always encouraging and pushes me to the limit. It’s fun training with her. I feel better than ever with a strong back and healthy weight.

Negative experience: The manager is very loyal, and try to push and handle at the maximum he can. The trainer (Alexandra) has an attitude exceptional towards customer service orientation. It has a *big Ego* and even in front of the manager will scream and shout has she is giving her money, when currently happening the vice-versa. I'm paying there to get trained not listening loud voice of any one. Another reason his, during registration, and payments they will assure u pay and give a small paper to sign or else and after attach that letter to the so called *Policy* so practically explained that this is part of registration process then after they will insist that u agree that, there is NO REFUND.. Can anyone sign (Againts) himself??? This is what they are doing.

Fantastic experience: In general, although its far away from my home and my work place, I hit this center regularly for its hygiene high standard, maintaing social distance and sanitizing the tools after each client. In specific, since its one to one training center, I prefer it for the professionality of its coaches especially coach Samira, the one who is training me, always motivating me, spread positive energy and has wide variety of excersies for the same muscle especially I am suffering from lower back injury. So I highly encourage buzy people like me, who want to utilize their time effectively to hit this center.
