Fantastic experience: I am still relatively new to this branch, but it’s quickly growing to become one of my happy places in Dubai. One f45 class before a busy and stressful day at work is everything. The coaches are helpful, supportive, and so encouraging when it comes to achieving your own goals. Fantastic experience: It is the best F45 branch in Dubai; the team is on fire, the vibes are great, and the instructors keep following us, pushing us, and giving us the best energy for the day. They add the spice to the workout as I tried the same exercise at another branch, but I didn't like it. If you want to try F45 classes you should try it there.

Fantastic experience: Recently just started the 7day trial at F45 on the Palm golden mile simply out of curiosity and convenience as it’s right behind us! So far we’re loving it! The workouts are fun, varied and challenging! But more so the instructors are awesome! Big shout out to Shiona and the Irish chap ( sorry I can’t remember his name MY BAD) but you guys are great!! :) xx

Fantastic experience: It is definitely a very different, one of a kind experience, that is positively changing you mentally and physically… Very supportive team, nice music, diverse workouts, and most importantly friendly and ego-free environment. As a newbie, I was VERY anxious to try something like that and today I am so grateful I managed to get out of my comfort zone. If one has F45 studio near by home, I would say it’s a blessing and a place to visit as part of self-care routine <3

Fantastic experience: We are total F45 addicts! The Palm Jumeirah studio is fab. The trainers are super friendly and motivating. We just started the F45 45 day challenge and cannot wait to see the results! I highly recommend and if you have not tried before you even get a free weeks trial to experience the classes before signing up! What’s not to like!!!

Fantastic experience: Where should I even begin? The coaches dedication is unmatched, the team truly and genuinely wants the best for you. They even follow-up on the phone with you to set your goals, help you with better nutrition and make sure together with the F45 studio you achieve your goal. Studio is ideally located on the Palm's trunk with parking not far and healthy food places around. The workouts are designed to cover anything from cardio, upper body, lower body, resistance training etc. Long story short 360 training. Fantastic experience: I have been to many F45 Gyms, best workout. This one in particular has great staff, trainers and amazing location and Vibe. You will feel great every time you finish a workout in this team environment.

Fantastic experience: I have been doing F45 for quite a while and have visited different F45 studios in the UAE and in Melbourne The one on the Jumeirah Palm Dubai is the best based on my experience. John and his team are totally focussed on the participants, explain and correct constantly and are very professional with a huge knowledge around fitness. I really enjoy going there!

It works out every aspect of your fitness, cardio and resistance, in a truly fun yet dedicated setup where you bond with amazing staff and new friends. Going through a transformation while being part of a community makes the challenge that more achievable and worth it!!! The 45 days challenge, 45 straight days of working out, is a must try if you want to jump start a new lifestyle, build better habits and get the machine in you going. I've been a regular since a year and half; never felt so good and looked so in shape.Truly a fun and rewarding journey, just make sure to continue to showup everyday, the rest will come on its own

Fantastic experience: Been to four different F45 studios in Dubai and abroad and this studio is excellent ! Very well located on the palm (easy access and lot of coffees around to chill after a good effort). The trainers are very friendly and attentive during the workout. They also push you which is very nice. The F45 training themselves are well diversified, accessible to any levels and I like the training format. Fully recommended, thanks to John and his team.
