Fantastic experience: Great Muay Thai place! The owner is super kind and understanding, and kindly extended the validity of my 1-on-1 package during my physio break . Both MT coaches are excellent and have their unique approaches: Moe breaks down techniques into small steps like a professor, making it very clear how to move, kick, and strike properly. Namchai is a pure fighter who offers practical tips to develop your fighting instinct while ensuring you enjoy the process (and not feel tense), often punctuated by his unique sound "oooooouuiiii" when he catches you off guard or blocks you.

Fantastic experience: My 5 year old son recently started training at Team Yousfi Studio and so far our experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The trainers are friendly, fun, and encouraging. They train the kids systematically but also add some fun activities to keep them stimulated. Thanks to the positive vibes at the studio, my son is highly motivated to attend his training sessions. Some parents might be a little worried that this type of environment is too aggressive for children but this is definitely not the case. Our experience has been fun, welcoming, and productive.

Fantastic experience: I’ve attended their group classes for the last week and I’m nothing less than excited for the next class. Their classes are for all levels of expertise from beginners to advanced. I came in as a beginner and the coaches have been more than welcoming and supportive for my progress. The classes are tough, fast paced mostly, but most importantly fun. I find myself drained after class but excited for the next. I definitely recommend this gym to anyone of any level or age.

The energy in the gym is always 100% Nick the boxing trainer is always on top form and so helpful The classes are a mix of beginners and advanced and the trainers manage it so well - being a beginner i was nervous starting but my confidence and fitness has grown so much!! Would 1 million percent recommend - plus htike on reception always so welcoming and friendly !! Location is perfect right on the Marina , by far the best place i have trained in Dubai

I was a total beginner to start with and I have been taking personal training classes with Amin and Pong here at Team Yousfi. Both of them are world champion title holders with excellent training skills and are very friendly. I just moved to Dubai an year ago. Did not have any friends to start with, but got to meet many of the students here to make new friends as well. Must try a class and you will definitely enjoy it

I’m super anxious when it comes to sports and exercise, and the trainer was nothing short of accommodating and welcoming. Really explains technique well, is patient. The members there were all a delight, even mix of men and women and different ages. Easy to locate, will be reasonable price to sign up. And today, my body ACHES! What more can you ask for.
