Fantastic experience: One word to describe this place: inclusive. Haven't met a single coach or customer with an attitude in this place. The vibes are very friendly and positive. The place is right on the water. Nothing but positivity and sweat (and tears cuz we go hard or go home). You will find trainers to push you beyond your limits with no judgement. But you can also find people who will have met you once and ask about your well being. Very professional. Great communication. Always update their website when classes are changed or cancelled. This is my favorite gym in Abu Dhabi and I definitely give it 5 ⭐️

Fantastic experience: If you want to exercise and break out a good sweat, and do all that with an amazing view and the guidance of a professional team of trainers then this is the place for you! The trainers always challenge you and keep you on your toes, all that with the added luxury of being by the beach..this has been the best community and best workout ambience. The administration always answers our questions in a timely basis, and during this pandemic everything has been sanitized and clean. I recommend strike for anyone who wants a good workout and to be part of something big!

Fantastic experience: One of the greatest gym on the beach in the UAE at all. Great family atmosphere, and professional personal. U can meet there people from different abilities, ages, and genders, so dont be shy if u are a freshman or woman in this field, and at the same time be sure that u will meet enough professionals too. Fantastic experience: Great classes with very professional trainers and vibrant community. Strike is more than a place to train but a great place to connect with great people and enjoy the beautiful views right at the beach. It's also a plus that the workouts are outdoors, which helps minimize the spread of Covid-19.

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking into a good work out, just come down to Strike , the vibes , the atmosphere, the trainers , the different combination of exercises , it covers everything from HIIT, mix martial arts, yoga to Calisthenics!! And for me it’s the strategic location on the corniche of AbuDhabi beach with the amazing weather. So definitely I recommend everyone to come and try it.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed my time at STRIKE Fitness! The coaches, special shout-out to Isac, and the organizers go over and above to ensure everybody present has the most amazing session. In a group class it is generally tough to accommodate different people's fitness level, but I was pleasantly surprised at the personalized attention given to all. In particular, I remember struggling with a few sets and how the coach came to my rescue, showing me how I can further improve whilst continuously encouraging me! What makes STRIKE unique is the positive environment, where-in everybody encourages each other to do their best. STIKE is a zero judgement zone - and for somebody like me who is coming back to fitness after a long hiatus, STRIKE ensures fun work-out sessions, where I can achieve my goals at my own pace!
