Fantastic experience: Very friendly team, I like how organized they are, biodensity specialist is very patient, knows exactly what he is doing, honest with the details he gives and what I may expect of using this machine I really long to use it and see improvement in my bone density as it became a necessity. Power plate specialist is patient and friendly too, I enjoyed both trial sessions, longing to start and see positive dramatic difference. Might come later for a new update after a longer experience . As for now all looks good except that the parking area is small.

Fantastic experience: Glad I found this place by chance. Am not keen on gyms in general, but had to look for solution to become fit. I went for one session half doubting if I will like it, and after just one decided to continue as the workout and warmup+cooldown on the machine felt so good. Convenient location and Beautiful place. The staff are helpful and attentive, making you feel welcome. My trainer Thaimi is so full of positive energy and loads of patience to match. She makes sure to create a workout plan and pace best suited for me. Overall worth a try if you are looking for a workout both intense and relaxing.

If your looking for a quick but effective workout, you will not go wrong training with the wide range of power plate models at the facility. Feels like I had a 2 hour workout in just 27 minutes! Would definitely recommend for individuals of all fitness levels!

Fantastic experience: I love this machine. This vibrating platform is pretty amazing and did what it should do. It’s a fun exercise with Power Plate which make you burn extra fat. I actually sweat a lot whole doing training. Also is a great place, good vibes ambiance, staff are very helpful and accommodating.

Fantastic experience: The best fitness studio ever. First of all power plate is the most amazing workout for woman, it makes such a difference and you can see results so fast. After 8 sessions there is no cellulite at all. Not having a PP studio in Dubai for years now we are so blessed they openend. Secondly the trainer Thaimi she is amazing, after your workout you really feel you did something, you can literally feel the endorphines but the workout does not feel like you suffer or too hard. And lastly the studio is like a 5 star gym. Everything is super clean, spacious, good energy and the small details like the cold towels with aroma therapy scence are amazing. Easy parking, great location, good price/value packages. This studio really adds amazing value to life here !
