Fantastic experience: I recently participated in a Saturday morning gymnastics class with Isa at The Fit Room in Al Quoz, Dubai. The session was incredibly engaging and well-structured. Isa’s guidance throughout the exercises made them both enjoyable and effective, helping us focus on flexibility and strength. The facility was clean and well-equipped, with padded surfaces and specialized gymnastics equipment that ensured both safety and versatility during training. Dear Tarek, This is Krystelle writing. I apologize for your disappointment, but I believe you're referring to a client who attended my intermediate reformer class yesterday. Unfortunately, that lovely client couldn’t keep up with the class, and she mentioned to me that she hadn’t practiced at all over the summer. When someone struggles with the exercises, it's my responsibility to correct their form to prevent injury. I had to modify her exercises throughout the class, which is challenging in a group setting and disrupts the flow. I wanted to ensure she remained engaged rather than sitting idle. As a professional, I always recommend that clients join a class that matches their skill level rather than just one that fits their schedule. Fantastic experience: My favourite studio in dubai - confirmed. Staff are amazing from the condistent welcoming at the door to the clean spacious well-equipped training areas. I'm not a frequent reviewer on here, 6 months in this is genuinely well-deserved. Classes run promptly, instructors are knowledgeable and invested in your development. Rula and Krystelle are reformer gurus! Free doorstep parking, infused water, and big yummy dates. Happy bunny xx

Negative experience: Its my first time i get there and my last time they dont have direct location so I got lost and traffic the class at 9:30 I arrived 9:57 and i try to call but there is no connection in the area.

Fantastic experience: I’ve tried many gyms in Dubai and The Fit Room is the only place I felt home. Everyone knows my name and follows up on my trainings and diet regularly! The staff are so hospitable and the trainers are very professional and fully dedicated. They have the warmest Reformer room in Dubai and best instructors! Given the fact it’s a PT gym, I don’t have to wait for long to have access to the equipment! I highly recommend it, especially for those looking for privacy.

Fantastic experience: Free parking. Not crowded place. They give you water and dates. Nice and helpful staff. Very chill and nice environment. You don’t feeling judged by your performance. You have um your own time, slow motion movements, u can take breaks…i real like the vibe here.
