Fantastic experience: I have been going to this gym for 3/4 years now and I love going to the variety of classes! (I originally came here through classpass and found i only wanted to go to these classes out of all the gyms I went to) The staff and gym members are all so friendly and has a real community spirit. Very inexpensive and has different price options depending on how long u want to sign-up for.

Fantastic experience: I signed up for their personal training program and i'm so glad that I did! Everything is tailored down to achieve the best possible results. I've set myself a BHAG to achieve this year and I reckon this establishment will help me get there! My trainer, Nenat, is excellent and simply a great motivator! The rest of the team are very friendly and just the right people to be running a fitness centre. Ingrid was awesome in assisting to get started... Looking forward to being a regular gym goer here... Given that we're in a pandemic right now, they surely know how to keep everything clean to give you that peace of mind when you're working out. Equipments are disinfected after every use and their protocols to #flattenthecurve is great! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Fantastic experience: First time a gym that focuses on quality and not just showing off! My favorite trainers are Karina and Enzo . I have not changed my membership in one year and don't plan to. Super value for money. Karina helped me lose stubborn fat and challenge myself, and Enzo is the bestest Zumba instructor ever! Ingrid and Marc at reception are always super nice and friendly, no complaints whatsoever. This gym makes you want to come back to it for classes and exercise :-P which is a BIG thing to say! Keep up the good work :-)

Fantastic experience: Been here for almost 3 years. They have lots of space for free weight, crossfit rid and bumper plate. All you need to do proper HIIT as well as strength workout!

Fantastic experience: I love the group classes - my personal favorites are Muay Thai, Max Pump, Zumba, and Glutes classes. The coaches and staff are very approachable. I like the location - it's just one cluster away from where I live. I have recommended it to my friends, nonetheless, I would like to request the management to do something about the air ventilation in the area where most of the classes take place. In general, the gym experience here is superb!

Fantastic experience: I could say I am one of the loyal member of Fitness Zone, ambassador I could say. The reason I stayed and love to promote each and every activities they do it's because I consider them as my FAMILY. All the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Try to come in one day and you will experience it. Coaches are very professional, they will really help you to achieve your goal. Affordable PT packages with no regret results. I also found new fitness friends. You will just get a positive vibes whenenver you're IN the gym that you'll carry out when you leave the place. Which is one of my criteria of choosing a gym here in JLT area. They have complete gym equipment, no need to worry if you do not know how to use it because the staff will 100% assist you on how to use it properly. Fitness zone do have a lot of group exercise from HIIT/Circuit, Martial Arts, Zumba, Yoga and Kids classes. Classes timetable is perfect for everyone that will accommodate your daily routine. Fitness Zone is obviously my happy place. So a VERY VERY HIGH RECOMMENDATIONS and Kudos to the entire team! Love you Guys!
