Positive experience: It is a contract based membership which is so difficult, if you want to cancel so boss it's not an easy task, so before joining you should read all of T&C yourself because no one tells you all clothes. Don't attract through offers and monthly charges, maybe it will be dam costly for you if you have plans to switch jobs or flats in future. I suggest you kindly read the first cancellation policy then join it.

The gym boasts ample space compared to its other branches, along with a wider array of equipment. 2. Despite peak hours or crowded periods, the spacious layout prevents the gym from feeling overcrowded. There's enough equipment and workout area for everyone, and the extensive cardio section means no waiting for machines. 3. The larger dressing room and washroom area add convenience, allowing for quick showers and changes before work. 4. My six-month stint at Blitz was remarkable. The intensity of the classes is impressive, with sessions flying by in 45-50 minutes. Sweating is inevitable due to the high intensity. 5. The daily variation in workouts and different trainers prevent monotony. Trainers like Jade and David bring unique energy that motivates participants and intensifies the burn. 6. The staff, notably Erich, stands out for their exceptional service. Despite the challenges faced by reception teams, they consistently greet members with a smile and promptly assist with technical issues and membership queries. Negatives: 1. While advertised as having free parking, finding a spot can be challenging due to the limited availability (around 20-25 spaces for the entire retail section). The promised dedicated parking inside the building has yet to materialize. 2. The showers in the dressing room have low water pressure, making it difficult to shower quickly and rinse off soap. Additionally, the push system requires constant activation every 30 seconds.

Fantastic experience: The gym is immaculate and amazing. Not your ordinary size gym. Fully equipped of work out tools and machine in every corner. Pros 1. Spacious, Clean and Very organized. Not congested. There are staffs who maintains and arrange the equipments every now and then. Very helpful. 2. Convenient parking space. 3. Trainers are available around and ready to answer any queries. 4. Instagramable and picture worth graphics and wall designs. Nice surroundings, great view. Youll have a glimpse of sunset and on the other side theres view of the public park which is surrounded by trees. At night, youll have great view of sheik sayed skyline 5. Ms. Aileen and Mr. Datu in the reception are always helpful, approachable and friendly. Very polite and always greet and smiles to everyone. Cons 1. After couple of weeks of opening, there are area which are still cold as of this writing. Which is not really good because you need to keep on moving otherwise your perspiration will dry up literally in seconds and youll end up having colds. Its not the temperature, but the blower or fan which makes it inconvenient. But overall, the gym is great so far satisfied!

And also all of this for a reasonable price unlike other gyms in Dubai. Be aware that sometimes they give out good offers for monthly subscriptions so make sure you get yourself the best offer and keep asking them for different offers available each week before joining :)

Positive experience: Part of my daily routine now is to workout at 6am during weekdays, perfect time as there are less people using the gym. Got mostly what i need for training. Only thing I'd like to get the attention of management is the early morning reception staff (i think his name is Joseph, as i also found his name on several bad reviews here) who seriously needs training with customer service and handling client concerns. Had an argument with him one time, i admit i was bit nasty too (early morning mood) but him being the first one to raise his voice is unacceptable. Would appreciate if anyone form the staff acknowledges this and put him in training. I mean he's good but def not great sorry. Regardless how nasty the paying customers are, there's a proper way to handle every concern and situation. Would have given 5 stars easily, but the dude is seriously ruining what couldve been the perfect gym that deserves more than 5 stars.

Positive experience: Im editing my review as I was sort of forced to leave a review at time of our entrance yesterday. While I had a good workout and the gym equipment were really clean, honestly I can’t give this location more than 3 stars. This gym looks very unorganized and it doenst have any flow of the equipment. It feels like they went and purchased a bunch of equipment and just placed them any where there was an empty space. For example, you will find a chest machine right behind the dumbbell rack next to the calves raise machine. Absolutely lacks a flow. Lastly, while I appreciated the effort to have a lot of equipment and machines at the gym, I noticed the walking lanes are really tight and narrow. You have to walk around people to put the weight back or just walk to the next machine. Thank you for allowing us to use the gym yesterday and having a very welcoming reception desk.

Are you normal ???I told you many time I’m out of country,?? I sent them all documents requested but still declined..any way it’s up to you will never contact you anymore. I did this one because when I will be back planing to join but not anymore. Honestly I’m not recommending anyone to join this gym it’s cheap mentality to be like this Before you join they become very good and if anytime you can cancel but when you join it’s the big problem….

Fantastic experience: The gym has a large number of exercise machines, but I would add a couple for working out the buttocks in isolation. Boxing, crossfit and wrestling area. The sizes are very encouraging. The locker room is incredibly beautiful, the whole place is like a selfie zone, and what I liked is that there is a separate gym for girls, because sometimes you don’t want unnecessary glances on yourself.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in Dubai for good reasons! I've been to various gym brands in Dubai but this place, the machines, accessories, staffs, everything is just good. I got membership a while ago with the help of Mikaella Louis Sarno. She's the best gym staff I've ever known. All other staffs are just friendly and much helping too. The place is very modern but blended with urban painting as well as natural decorations. I'd say, the best parts for me are the multiple deadlift platforms that make it much easier for anyone to do compound lifts like squats or deadlifts. There are multiple punching bags as well. I could write an essay about this place but it would be hard for you to read so yeah. Just visit the center already! ❤️‍

Fantastic experience: Lots of weights machines and space, with friendly staff. It also has a big cafe and lots of studios, including a kickboxing and boxing class. Due to the place being over 2 floors across the whole complex, I would recommend it to anyone.
