Fantastic experience: Location is great. Bella is AMAZING!!! I have done maybe a hundred pilates classes in the UAE and there is no other pilates instructor like her anywhere! She uses the reformer so efficiently, which is so rare. And every class feels different, its not repetitive. Thank you for all the great classes, Bella! 100% recommend

Fantastic experience: Attended Reflex Pilates for the first time and my instructor Khulood was very attentive and made me feel seen and cared for. I was so proud to be in the presence of an Emirati instructor who is knowledgable and puts beginners at ease while giving a challenging workout. I still feel sore in muscles I didn’t know I had and I can’t wait for more workouts.

Positive experience: I attended today a Pilates class at Reflex Pilates Studio with Khuloud as the instructor, and it exceeded my expectations, I found the session both fun and challenging. Khuloud's guidance ensured that every exercise was engaging and enjoyable, yet still pushed me to my limits in a positive way. The studio itself was impeccably clean, creating a pleasant environment for the workout. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and look forward to returning for more classes.

Fantastic experience: The coach was so friendly and patient, I really enjoyed the pilates class and liked the experience.

Positive experience: I recently tried Reflex Pilates Gym and had a wonderful experience with the instructors. The studio itself is clean, spacious, and aesthetically pleasing. However, I did encounter some issues with communication and booking. Although the advertisements I received suggested the first class was complimentary, it was not communicated to me that this offer had expired and I was automatically charged for it. Also, their cancellation policy requires you to cancel 6 hours before class which isn’t always practical. Therefore, I would recommend booking and paying per class instead of buying a package of 5 or 10. This will offer greater flexibility and control over scheduling and rescheduling. It would be beneficial for the gym to enhance their communication by providing timely reminders or messages regarding class changes or policies at least for first timers + making the booking website more mobile-friendly. Despite these issues, the quality of instructions and the overall atmosphere are great and I recommend giving this gym a try.

Fantastic experience: Just had my first class there and it was great! The place is very clean and it smells fresh. I’m a beginner and the instructor guided me throughout the class without making me feel uncomfortable. I am definitely planning on coming back.

Fantastic experience: Amazing and clean studio in a nice location. Not too crowded and free parking. Pilates with Bella is always a great experience . Her instructions are clear and easy to follow while still challenging on the body in a good way. Staff is very friendly too. Rochelle is the sweetest! Edit: Did a class with instructor Khuloud and again had a lovely experience!

Fantastic experience: Went there for a beginners Pilates class and the instructor (Khuloud) was so helpful and explained everything so well. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to start doing Pilates.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely loved the class. The gym is spacious and very clean. The toilets are sparkling clean. The gym is not over crowded too. I took the beginner class with Bella and it was the best reformer pilates class I’ve tried so far. We worked on muscle groups I never felt before!!! It was so rewarding and just fun
