Fantastic experience: This is about my fitness journey with Fitness First Gym and specifically with coach Chuks! I started working out in December 2023. I was in a bad shape with about 76kgs at 167cm. My cardio was even worse. But I am so delighted to share that I have not only hit my target weight of 65kgs but also gained the much needed muscle and mobility. And all of this wouldn’t have been possible without Chuks! He’s an amazing trainer, has amazing knowledge of nutrition and mixes up the workouts really well. He not only focuses on weight training, but also puts equal weightage to cardio, mobility and endurance. He is a thorough professional, keeps you extremely motivated and keeps finding ways to make your workouts fun! It’s my recommendation that if you’re around in Abu Dhabi and want to train, do enroll with Chuks and Fitness First at the Abu Dhabi Mall, without thinking twice. He’s the best!

Positive experience: Good: Ms Kath is an awesome trainor.Very detailed and organized. The cleaners work hard in maintaining the cleanliness of the facility. Accessible and a lot of available parking. Shower and locker rooms are always clean and spacious. Coffee ;) Bad: Ive been here for almost a month and Ive already experienced some "diva-ish" moments from some customers.Its not only once and not only to me but others as well. There should be a reminder to all on the length of use of some equipment.I experienced one who considered the stick as her own and kept it with her for more than an hour. Hard to book for classes. Some staff in reception can be more helpful.

Positive experience: Gym looks good, clean and well equipped. I personally think they can upgrade the ladies dressing rooms to have more feminine touch. Also, the choice of lighting is a bit too bright for people who love dimmed vibes. In general, it’s ok for me.

The location itself is convenient, right in the heart of Abu Dhabi. The gym is spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with a wide range of modern fitness equipment. I also appreciate the efforts made to ensure a safe and hygienic workout space. I love the friendly and knowledgeable staff at Fitness First. The trainers are approachable and always willing to provide guidance, creating a supportive environment for members of all fitness levels. I've also had the privilege of having Personal Training sessions with the amazing Coach Raquel Pereira. Her experience and personalized approach have taken my fitness journey to new heights, as my fitness journey continues. She tailors each session to my goals, pushing me to achieve results I never thought possible. The variety of group classes offered is impressive, and the schedule accommodates different preferences and schedules. My favorite classes are Body Pump, TUFF and Fusion. The instructors are passionate and motivate you to push your limits. Fantastic experience: Big thanks to my personal trainer, Ms. Kathleen Gregorio, hats off to you! She has been very patient with me. Though my schedule is a bit erratic but she was able to squeeze me in and guide me all through out the process. I am amazed with my results now. She is very focused on the goals we set together and so am I. Also, I am satisfied with the way they maintain cleanliness and safety in the whole gym area. Highly recommended!

Positive experience: Good gym, but they insist you take a personal trainer. First 1-2 days trainer will assist you and suggest to you what to do for the day, later if you go and ask for guidance about any particular exercise they will ask you to take personal trainer. Group classes are good & effective, but they should also share exercise charts as well for those who don't want trainers. My old gym was less costly, and the trainer was supportive and willing to assist at any point in time.

Training at FitnessFirst Abu Dhabi Mall exceeded my expectations in every way.Kathleen was extremely professional and patient and helpful Not only she correct all of my lifting form/posture but she also made sure to explain the exact mechanisms underlying everything we did at the gym. These explanations ranged from the specific muscle groups targeted by each motion to the overall goals of muscle hypertrophy and growth. They have an absolutely amazing Personal Trainer, the Platinum Trainer there - Gustavo Matos. He is the main reason that I am continuing to be member at Fitness First and is superb with the members and clients.

Fantastic experience: Been a member for months now. I enjoy working out in here as it is close to my place atm. Staff are excellent in communicating with your queries and they are approachable. Currently under coach Aaron’s guidance, I liked the assorted workouts he provided for specific muscle groups. I’m loosing weight which is a very good thing. It gets harder every month but its worth it in the end. It gets crowded at peak hours like 1700H to 2030H, so if you prefer less people come earlier or closing time. Hoping for additional sanitizers for hands on walls across the gym. Overall its a nice area for everyone’s fitness journey.

Fantastic experience: I’m one of the long time member of Fitness first ABUDHABI Mall since 2019. I like this Club because of its in very accessible area where I can go anytime I like. Personal trainers are well trained and knowledgeable on their Job and they always tried to help members to execute the exercise properly to avoid injuries. If anyone would like to get a personal trainer I would love to recommend Miss Katherine who can train you to execute proper exercise to reach on your fitness goal as I learned a lot during my personal training from her. However this club got full of fitness equipments and well trained trainers the members are increasing day by day so it would be more better if the club size would be increased too.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this gym since last 3-4 years. Being a working mom we always find excuses not to find time to workout in our busy schedule of work and kids. But Gustavo my trainer has been my motivator to work out at least 3 times a week and he challenges me to push my self even on worst of the days. He is the best coach , mentor and frd that i ever had and i thank FF for being introduced to him.

Positive experience: Don't get me wrong, it's a great gym with great facilities. But you better be damn sure that I'm NOT paying 300+ AED for a personal trainer per class (45 min each).

Fantastic experience: Been in FF for a year now, was in other gym for awhile I can say that i am more happier and stronger here, FF holds a standards which i loved, not crowded, gym is clean, classes great,well! I love Lesmills, instructors are amazing,receptions and PT’s around are approachable and smiling and got the chance to be handled with one of FF’s awesome PT coach Aron Semana for boxing training though i really love boxing but He is great he helps me alot and learned tricks, proper punch, combinations and foot works among others, i highly recommended him, you guys must try and now i am still with Coach Aron in my 2nd PT full body work so far so good.

Positive experience: It is nice place, clean and spacious. The only problem is that the classes is limited to 20 persons and after two minutes when the reservation is open it is full.

Positive experience: Lot of space in functional training area. Weight training equipment area can be a little bit more spacious. Almost all necessary stuffs of weight training, CrossFit, cardio vascular exercises are available. A little bit crowded after post covid lock down. Hygienic and following Covid 19 safety measures, suggests to increase the frequency of cleaning in wash room area.

Fantastic experience: Literally my favorite and the best branch to workout at, everything is well chosen from equipments to variety of classes that suits everyone in addition to personal trainers and coaches that are actually the best out of all. I’d like to highlight that I really wish from the management to keep Body Combat classes that are given every Saturday with coach Mary Rose; as it’s one of the most enjoyable classes.

Positive experience: The real reason for giving this gym 3 stars is because of the Mens’s bathroom/locker room. It’s usually unbearable due to the smell. The bathroom has little, if any ventilation, and it constantly smells like sewage and is very humid. They remodeled the bathroom a year or so ago, but it’s still just as bad. Seriously considering not continuing after this contract due to this, it’s that bad. There’s enough equipment for everyone most of the time, however the equipment is starting to show its age and a lot of the adjustable benches no longer have safety pins attached anymore, which can be quite dangerous if you don’t know what you’re doing. It’s not really their fault but because it’s in the mall there’s no natural light and can feel a little claustrophobic.

Positive experience: One of the first complete gyms to open in Abu Dhabi!! It's a Platinum branch, prices has decreased significantly to match the competitors, located in Abu Dhabi Mall, third floor, staff are cool and trainers are experts!! I would like to see the gym adding new machines as they didn't add new machines since last few years. Now due to Covid you got to bring your own towels, gym is never crowded which is a huge plus!! Moreover the timing should be revisited now as there a 24 Hours gym, and maim two competitors start at 05.30 AM. Still i prefer Fitness First gym especially the Platinum membership will allow you to enter all branches across UAE.

Fantastic experience: The gym is well equipped with variety of equipment for every exerciser be it crossfit, body builder, power lifter ok r calisthenics you are all covered. All SOPs are in place, let's not forget a team of well qualified and experienced trainers for both the ladies only side & the mixed area. Come check it out you will love it & it's in the middle of the city

Positive experience: As a member who has access to Multiple GYMs across the Emirates I am confident to say that FitnessFirst Abu Dhabi Mall branch if on top of my list. One of the reasons is the fine selection of great GX coaches they have like Mery Rose Azarcon and her extraordinary BodyCombat Class on Saturday. Fantastic experience: I am an active Fitness First member for over 4 years now and had also tried other Gyms before joining here. What kept me glued to Fitness First Abu Dhabi Mall is its truly professional, extremely friendly and supportive staff. And my membership gives me the flexibility to visit any Fitness First branches in UAE. The General Manager at Fitness First Abu Dhabi Mall - Ms. Marija Nokolic, takes utmost regard to customer’s views and is very interactive with all members. The staff at the front reception desk are very friendly (especially Ms. Sitte, Ms. Gerlie, Ms. Carmela, Mr. John and Mr. Marvin). I make it sure to attend the group classes and I found the trainers truly inspiring (especially Ms. Manal, Ms. Rose, Ms. Camilly, Mr. Fernando, Mr. Marcos, Mr. Connor and yoga instructor Mr. Kamal). Last but not the least, the housekeeping assistants (especially Mr. Waseem) do an amazing job here to keep all facilities spick and span for the customers. My suggestion to further enhance the experience at Fitness First Abu Dhabi Mall is to fit-in a small fresh juice counter if possible. I give full 5 stars to Fitness First Abu Dhabi Mall and would unhesitatingly recommend Fitness First to those who are keen on maintaining an active lifestyle and would like some real positive energy to takeaway.

Fantastic experience: Great, very spacious and well equipped gym in Abu Dhabi. The atmosphere is great, they provide all you need (including towels, shower and body products). Moreover the personnel is very kind and attentive. Definitely I don’t regret my membership at all!!!

Fantastic experience: Awesome Gym! The facilities and staffs are amazing. Kudos to Camilly who is always looking after each member participating in the class. She will ensure that you are doing the right thing not just giving you instructions but she is hands-on too. Excellent teacher in the class . We love it.

Positive experience: Not bad , but lack of machines and need a renovation. However trainer Marina Dorozhka very motivated and professional . After assessment with Marina I feel motivated to go to the gym . Also would like to mention Mariam with her circuit training classes , she is the best .

Fantastic experience: I would like to share my great experience with the staff members of fitness first abu dhabi. I came at around 11am to meet Mr. Marvin to discuss about the membership. The guy in the reception, who was Mr. Peter welcomed me and called the attention of Mr. Marvin. I just waited for a minute and finally met Mr. Marvin. He informed me and explained very well about the incredible offer of their membership. I can definitely say that the offer is worthy enough though many claimed that it is expensive. They tour me around and it was amazingly clean and huge. And the most important part, it was not crowded. I am excited to start, meet new people and have a sexy body!

Fantastic experience: Excellent facility, i am not a muscle pumping guy, i am an athlete and mainly a cricketer and for me Fitness First has been a revelation. Different exercises machines and sub facilities present. The club is not overcrowded and the instructors plus staff are very gracious. The locker room and washroom are speck clean and lots of fitness programs. A Must recommend from my side for sure !
