Negative experience: Very bad attitude from admin staff.

Fantastic experience: Very good gym with a vast selection of martial arts classes, gymnastics, football, and more. All is paired with a decent sized area for crossfit and weightlifting.

Negative experience: Bad Rhythmic gymnastics coach's behavior with 4 years old kids (beginner level). She thinks that she is coaching adults... A professional coach does not only train but he builds relationship and rapport with the trainees, especially when these trainees are still less than 4 years old. Friendly and professional Artistic gymnastics coach. Welcoming receptionists. Nice waiting cafeteria for the parents.

Fantastic experience: The atmosphere at Lvlup is amazing. A sport community environment for all ages. In the Martial Arts we have Mataruna Judo Team that is welcoming and supportive, with a strong sense of friendship among the students. Sensei Mataruna creates an environment where everyone can thrive and improve the Judo leaning. If you're looking to learn Judo in a fun, motivating, and professional setting, I highly recommend Mataruna Team. You'll be learning from the best!

Negative experience: They installed a metal fence on the judo field which is not safe at all for our kids Listed on Fazaa but they refuse to accept Fazaa.

Negative experience: The facility was satisfactory until recently when management decided to implement stricter control over fee collection. This led to the installation of a metal cage around the Judo mat, which poses safety concerns for the children. Despite our recommendations for alternative solutions, no action has been taken. This situation exemplifies a prioritization of financial gain over the safety and satisfaction of customers!!! Not recommended at All

Negative experience: Customer service is 0 and seems like they are not interested in clients. Message in Instagram not replied, from 10th try the call was answered and was promised to send schedule and the details via Whatsapp, has been a week and nothing received. Tired of chasing them and chose different gym studio for my kid

Negative experience: I booked a pilates class on ClassPass and it was cancelled 12 minutes before the class started - the email came through while I was driving! Why was the class cancelled? Because I was the only one who signed up. Lame excuse, it’s not like space was going to be used for anything else, the class should’ve gone ahead. You don’t cancel 12 minutes before the class starts, that’s ridiculous! I would’ve liked to leave a review on ClassPass but since I didn’t attend a class I couldn’t! Definitely, won’t be coming back!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend LVL Up Gymnastics. We joined with my elder son (10 years) resisting the training and I as a parent tried to push it for his general well-being and physical fitness, however in only 1 term he greatly developed, enhanced his fitness, this got reflected on his self confidence, and now he's happy and looking forward for every training. As for my younger ones, before joining LVL UP they used to treat their gymnastic training as a guided playdate and never took it seriously. Also in 1 term they are way more fit and physically stronger while still keeping the fun and excitement. I greatly thank the whole team of LVL for their amazing -age appropriate- programs, and their attention to every child and how they can get the best out of every one.

Fantastic experience: Good instructors, and a well maintained place. Price is a bit high but the level of knowledge these coaches have makes it worth it. Equipment is great and they do have everything you need to get a good workout in. I do join their crossfit classes and they're great. If you're able to maintain a good diet, sleep etc with the workouts, you will be in tip top shape.

Fantastic experience: Honestly, I LOVE IT here. All the coaches are super professional. They are patient with kids and can get the best outcome from them. My daughter is coming almost every day, and she absolutely loves it.

Fantastic experience: I train in Jiu Jitsu here with the guys from Heroes academy. A great multi functional facility all with high quality fixtures. Easy to get to and lots of parking even when it’s busy. The staff are super friendly and happy to help all the time. They have something for everyone.

Negative experience: The worst organizationa of a competition I have ever experienced. And what happened in 2016 level C was a scandal. It was very clear that the marks were mixed up, the best ranking were given to the weakest gymnasts in all academies while the worst ranking were given to the strongest gymnasts. When the coaches from different academies complained and asked to see the judges marks, they weren't given. Which means you guys are hidding your big mistake. This is unfair for all of the girls. The girls who worked hard, performed very well, used to get high ranks in other competitions, are now very sad and disappointed. Will never let my daughter attend this stupid competition again. This place should be closed forever.

Negative experience: Gymnastics competition that was today, absolutely terrible, won’t even give the scores to the coaches and many girls left disappointed with their ranking, honestly, i don’t know what happened, what kind of organizing is this. A whole rage from the coaches because of underdeserved rankings? if you’re gonna do a competition, do it right at least. Is this a joke or a competition? Make up your mind! Honestly, i seriously don’t recommend any teams to join competitions hosted by this company. What a joke!

Negative experience: The Padel court is ok like many others in Dubai and we used to play there but last time our booking was canceled just 30 min before without giving us any reason or compensation whatsoever. It was a bit of Drama since players were already arriving to the gym. Apparently, somebody else that didn't book was playing and that's the reason why they kicked us out. Padel court is just fine. The ceiling is too low so 50% of your lobs will hit it. If your looking for a gym where there are chances to ruin the Padel Match with your friends just little before starting, this is your place. If you really want to focus on Padel and enjoy the game, look for other gyms.

Negative experience: I was very disappointed from the couch and the ‘manager Joana. She was very unprofessional and no managerial skills at all!y kids they were waiting for couch Ali which he supposed to be there at 10 and he never show up! A totally mess up between the groups and changing the couches all the time! All the parents they were complaining!
