Positive experience: Hotel is very nice and clean, I could tell it’s fairly new. I was in a big spacious room, but I heard there are smaller rooms also. The bathroom was a bit small for my liking though. Walk-in shower was spacious though. However, where my room was located it sounded like people moving furniture above me at all hours of the day and night.
Negative experience: They will take advantage of you if you come after 12 am , they know that you don't have any other choices so they will raise the prices up. Never coming back here again.

Rooms are huge and clean Especially restaurant staff is very kind naming some Mr Gaurab, Sima are very helpful and kind ,greets you well. Hygiene is also maintained in all departments. Negative experience: Really, very bad experience gotted that Arabic reception agent was very rude and not shows respect for client secondly significant Daley for check in process and they let me wait more than 1:30 waiting for for their POS machine not accept the payment and thus not my mistake and for second day when reach to hotel main gate he was claiming for payment on front of other guests

Positive experience: I stayed there for about 40 days, all the facilities were good, but the Indian vegetarian food in the restaurant was not good, many times I ordered food from outside restaurants because the vegetarian food was not good there. Positive experience: The vegetarian options were very less. Even the breakfast options were very limited. Being a 4 star hotel they don’t have option to make roti / chapati which was quite disappointing. Toiletries were provided in small tubes which consumes lot of plastic and wastage and so recommend to have dispensers. Not happy with the food options and so can’t consider it for my next visit.

But, this hotel has given me such an amazing initial impression of this place which has made me comfortable and calm for my near future stay in Ruwais. Amazing service, very clean, extremely professional staff. And today is my birthday and was feeling little sad since morning to be alone away from family and friends and this hotel staff surprised me with a wonderful birthday wish with a birthday song and cake. Yet on the top of everything their genuine concern and smile. Bless you all. I will remember this birthday for years. Thank you so much.
