Positive experience: I stayed there for about 40 days, all the facilities were good, but the Indian vegetarian food in the restaurant was not good, many times I ordered food from outside restaurants because the vegetarian food was not good there. I even complained to the restaurant manager several times but he did not listen to me. Thanks

Positive experience: The vegetarian options were very less. Even the breakfast options were very limited. Being a 4 star hotel they don’t have option to make roti / chapati which was quite disappointing. Toiletries were provided in small tubes which consumes lot of plastic and wastage and so recommend to have dispensers. Not happy with the food options and so can’t consider it for my next visit.

Fantastic experience: Hi everyone! I am at Remal hotel for few days. This is my first ever visit to Ruwais. I was anxious to come and plan to settle down in this remote area. But, this hotel has given me such an amazing initial impression of this place which has made me comfortable and calm for my near future stay in Ruwais. Amazing service, very clean, extremely professional staff. And today is my birthday and was feeling little sad since morning to be alone away from family and friends and this hotel staff surprised me with a wonderful birthday wish with a birthday song and cake. Yet on the top of everything their genuine concern and smile. Bless you all. I will remember this birthday for years. Thank you so much.
