Aims at providing a sustainable workout plan that is lasting and effective! I reached my goal weight with him and love pushing my limits to see exciting results.

Fantastic experience: I can only highly recommend YMK as a fitness trainer and coach. He has helped me so much, especially since I was resuming sport after so many years without having done any kind of sport. I really like how he is helping me progress. He always takes the time to explain which muscles i am working, how to properly do every single movement and is paying attention to my needs (weak hip and neck issue) as wells as my overall well-being (sleep/nutrition).
