Ryan’s Outdoor Bootcamp

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Ryan’s boot camp at Aldea the villa, I have been going for a number of years and really enjoy Ryan’s classes and his approach to keeping us fit and healthy. It doesn’t matter about your fitness level as there are various exercises for everyone and the group as a whole are very supportive of each other. I have also made some great friends which has made getting fitter easier.

Fantastic experience: I highly recomend the bootcamp at Aldea, The Villa, and its trainer Ryan. I joined a few years ago and it has been great! I enjoy it, it has help me to stay fit, lose weight and make lovely friends. We work hard but have fun at the same time. Ryan always encourages us to work hard and follow our goals.
