Fit Box Gym

Negative experience: The worst place I have ever been to. all the Indian coach says is no understand and he would woop you if you don’t listen to him. and he doesn’t even know your name and calls you boy or girl. And most of it is not even boxing it’s just running outside. The coaches are not even actual coaches. I suggest to never come to this “boxing”.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym, the trainers here are incredible highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to start boxing but especially to any experienced boxers as I really struggled to find one in Dubai.

Fantastic experience: I’d say the trainer was really knowledgable and was able to give me feedback on my punches within few minutes of observing me. He corrected my stance and punch several times throughout while maintaining a good cardio flow- almost too much cardio for my current fitness level also it’s a great location at the pointe and they cover your parking ticket!!

Positive experience: Great Box Shop I really enjoyed it

Negative experience: I booked the class, and came here on time, but the gym was left open with on one inside. After calling and waiting, they simply said it was not possible for me to do the class, either I went to their branch in JLT or I came another time. Very disappointed!!! I suggest people who plan to come here double check if they’re an actual running gym before booking.
