The classes were excellent, with each instructor bringing a unique approach that kept things engaging and varied. Every session felt focused and effective. Fantastic experience: My experience with Naya was short and sweet . I booked the first comer 5 class welcome package to try out all the types of classes it had to offer, then a 10 class reformer Pilates package. I came nearly every day as I didn’t have much time left in Dubai, but picked this place for how close it was to me. Best decision ever! From the day I registered to the day I left, I have had only nice and accommodating services by every staff and instructor. Special thank you to Dana for really making me feel like family. I hope to find a studio like this everywhere I go! ❤️
Fantastic experience: Its been one month since I joined Naya and started reformer and mat pilates. I must say it has been the best decision I have ever made. I noticed the changes in my body especially my posture( thanks to the strengthening of my core which is building up session by session) and my breathing and my stamina. I even learned the importance of the connection between my brain and my body movements and breathing which is amazing! The environment there is great!..Not to forget all the amazing instructors there especially Scarlette!!

Fantastic experience: I went to Naya on a recommendation from my physio. When I started there I had pain down one whole side of my body. The instructors are so knowledgeable and were able to give me modifications to accommodate my various injuries. Within a short time I had no pain and could concentrate on strengthening and maintaining flexibility. All the instructors are fabulous - I’d recommend Naya to anyone wanting to build strength and flexibility in a safe injury-free way!

Negative experience: I have been to this studio only once. The instructor and the class were great however unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend to anyone to go there. My second class was a transferred class from my friend as she was late for hers and they wouldn’t let her in or refund her so as a solution I agreed for it to be transferred to me because I wanted to come back for the instructor. I have fallen sick on the day of the class with a fever and a viral infection and called the studio to reschedule my class as I am unable to move and it will also not be safe for others if I force myself to go as I might infect them. I have received a response that cancellation or changes is 6 days before the class. Well how would a person know that they would be sick 6 days in advance?! I have also got a response that it was only an exception to transfer this class and can’t reschedule it. (I was not informed by this when the class was transferred) Also it has been mentioned that this class shouldn’t have been transferred in the first place cause my friend left a bad review!!! After speaking very nicely with the lady on the phone and explaining to her everything I asked her to speak to the manager and get back to me about rescheduling. She got back to me with the class not being rescheduled. I was not asked for a health certificate even tho I have one. I was not offered a solution. I was just dismissed I could have been a potential long term customer with them but I am not sure who taught them customer care or how to handle their clients. The management of this place is horrible. They will probably respond to this with some witty response but they do not care about losing customers or bad reviews. They lost me as a potential customer and definitely no one from my side will be coming here.

Negative experience: Honestly, it was my first time there and would never go back. The location I was sent was so confusing, it wasn’t even of the right building, causing me to turn around in circles trying to find it. I had informed the receptionist Jacquline via WhatsApp call that im lost and can’t find the right location, and that location shared with me was of a different building. I called her a couple of times as well requesting assistance of the location, and she had no idea how to help me, saying she doesn’t know where the exact location is because she’s new to this studio. She couldn’t even tell me the entrance of the parking, I had to wait ark far and walk, and then couldn’t even find the building entrance! I arrived to the location 5 minutes before the class and because of her lack of assistance I was late to the class. I arrived at 11:11 and then was refused entrance, even though I’m someone with an athletic background. She kept talking to me causing more delay then says sorry after 15 minutes I can’t let you in. I requested a refund because I didn’t take the class even though I’ve made it and she refuses to give me one, or even give me the number of someone more senior to speak to. She said I could reschedule, however because of how bad my experience is, I don’t want to come back here at all and am now being either forced to come back or lose my money! When I’ve showed frustration on the matter, because it is a frustrating experience, she said “do you want me to help you or do you want to keep talking”. She could have informed me from the minute I’ve sent her a message that I wouldn’t be able to take the class instead of putting me through this whole hassle instead of making me come all the way and saying “we can’t do anything for you right now.” They definitely lost a potential client and I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. As someone in PR who knows how businesses communicate, this is not it. And I will definitely use my influence in the industry to make sure everyone knows the kind of experience they would get coming to a place like this.

We take pride in cultivating a beautiful community over the past decade and value the dedication of Naya members. Having an arrival policy is standard practice in every studio to ensure the safety of our members and the well-being of all participants and the instructor. Before the class, it is mandatory to meet with the instructor to discuss any physical conditions that may require modifications during the session and to familiarize yourself with the Pilates equipment. Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Naya for a few years, primarily to do the Reformer classes. The studio is an ultimate escape for me with excellent instructors especially Ruba and Farideh and the wonderful Dana who greets everyone with so much warmth and enthusiasm. The classes are excellent, the place has a great vibe and I would wholeheartedly recommend people to try Naya.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service! I used to go every day for some time.. But they were friendly only when everything goes on track and you pay ! If you need something (like injury, convert classes or freeze them ) they won’t even bother, no replies , you have to push them all the time. And when you already lost your patience the manager is entering the scene and she is so rude that is intolerable , they don’t take any accountability of the matters. Even with proofs of the events they didn’t care for an apology ! I was so frustrated that I gave my remaining classes to a fellow girl! I couldn’t stand being there any more.they don’t even deserve the one star . I also encountered many times when a class was delayed because of a certain person !! And other times when another student was delayed she was not able to attend! They didn’t even have the decency to do it more discreetly..some of the trainers are good ! Too bad they are collaborating with this studio…
Hello Eirini, We hope this message finds you well. We were disappointed to see your negative review after almost four months, especially since we have been in communication with you and offered a resolution to address your concerns. To clarify, on February 7th, we sent you an email in which we offered you two options. The first was an extension of your current package for an additional two months, valid until April 5th, 2024. The second option was a conversion of your current package to five mat classes, valid for six weeks from the first visit. These classes were available for use in the Stretch class on Thursdays in Motor City or in Times Square studio on Tuesdays at 4:30 PM, Wednesdays at 7:40 PM, or Thursdays at 9:50 AM. We followed up with you promptly and responded to all of your messages. Additionally, we do not recall any instance where a class started late. We feel that your review is unfair and inaccurate, given the options that we have provided. Thank you for your understanding.

Negative experience: What a terrible experience. I booked my first pilates class, paid in advance, to be kicked out of the place before even saying hello. I booked my pilates class online as requested by the lady. She asked me to arrive 10 min earlier. The location from my work is supposed to be 15 min. However the location took me to a wrong parking and had to be 5 min late. Upon arrival, and literally the very first time i enter this place, the receptionist stands up, without a hello, and tells me i will not let you in. I thought she was joking at first. But obviously she wasn’t, she was SUPER RUDE! After a very intense conversation trying to explain to her the reason She kept saying i will not let you in! Wow! I left. And will never step in there again. This place is ridiculous.

Negative experience: Very bad customer service!! A lady at reception was yelling at me for a class I hadnt even booked. Appalling customer service , I am shocked.
Negative experience: This place used to be a great place. I am coming the last 7 years but I don’ t recommend it any more. Although I have multiple issues with the place the only thing I cannot tolerate is the manager talking to me with impolite and rude way throwing me out of the class for being late 4 minutes. I will finish my package and I will exit. Luckily Dubai is full of better places.
Hello Erini, We understand and appreciate your frustration. However, we would like to clarify that you arrived at the studio after the class had already started, assuming that you had made a booking. We always advise all members to pre-book their classes in advance to avoid any confusion in the future.

Negative experience: I have been coming to this studio for the past 4 - 5 years. Loved it at first (teachers are ALWAYS great !!) but for past 2 years management is EXTREMELY poor and O CUSTOMER SERVICE and flexibility even for long term customers. Increasing loyalty of customers isn’t in their business model. I will never come back.
Negative experience: Terrible management, 0 customer service. Have mixed the branches and came to a wrong branch, they did not let me join the class even though class was not full at all. Have 0 empathy and understanding. Do not recommend to anyone.
Fantastic experience: Naya Yoga and Pilates had been a Godsend. I’ve been looking for an instructor who is well informed, experienced in every aspect of Traditional Joseph Pilates. Paul is fantastic as an instructor and trainer and the best of all, tweaks movements so you can get the best out of movements instead of a one size fits all negative attitude. He’s always fun and energized during our sessions and gives one on one attention even in a full class. He knows the Anatomy of Pilates better than the average instructor which makes for your experience one of the best you’re going to get in Dubai. I’ll be moving and terribly sad to let go of my sessions with Paul - don’t think twice! Go and sign up and commit to Movement in the best studio and with the best instructor!
Negative experience: The studio is very nice and Roula is an amazing trainer, but the studio management and policy are terrible. I cancelled a lesson due to an emergency and they let me loose it, as accidents don't happen into this world. Then I bought a package, which will be ended on Sunday 18th June 2023. Since I train on Tuesday or Wednesday, I asked them to let me book for that day but they refused, claiming that my package was endind on Sunday. Of course it would have made no difference for them to book me on the day I like, but they simply don't accomodate any customer's request. They just want you to buy the package and take the money. The receptionists are clearly not experienced, and aren't customer oriented. Furthermore, the classes offer is very minimal. So, it is really difficult to match their timings and availabilities.
Fantastic experience: Naya is my go to place for a great workout. Their reformer pilates sessions are always amazing with instructors Farideh and Ruba. Their matt pilates classes are hard core but totally worth it, love these sessions with Sally and Farideh! Receptionists are always very nice and friendly. Overall great studio with an awesome ambiance and highly qualified instructors!
Negative experience: Terrible customer service at the motor city branch. I bought the package for a reformer and realised that the classes are always full for the intermediate level. It was impossible to book! I raised my concern with the reception at the studio and was offered instead classes for the beginners. I asked for refund and instead was told to present the sick certificate ♀️stating that I can’t attend due to health reasons. There is definitely common sense is missing at least at the service level there. I haven’t attended any of the classes but to be honest I don’t even want to anymore. Hope that the money for my package will be used for the customer service training of the employees. All the best!
Negative experience: I have been coming to Naya Pilates time square for almost a year now so my review is broken down over several experiences . Great location and training however the management team is super inflexible . - I used to be on class-pass but got sold a membership directly from them . (Not a great thing to do , why not just delist from class pass ?). - They allow people to enter classes late however turned me away for being 5mins late . I lost many classes because of this . - they are super inflexible for extensions (if you make the mistake of actually buying a package from them ) DO NOT BUY their packages , save your time and energy for people that are more customer oriented

Negative experience: They owe me 6 classes. They did not provide adequate classes to enable me finish my package during the validity period, and they refuse to extend (extended 6 days however they are still not providing classes!). I requested a call from the management to discuss but they refused. I would not renew the package and definitely do not recommend.
Dear Ms Sondos, We thank you for your review. We try to be as flexible as possible to help with extensions and freeze with our packages. As you may know, all packages have validity, and in your case, the package was bought on 24/05/2022 and was valid for two months with an initial expiration date of 27/07/2022. Your granted your request, and we freeze the package of Yoga & Fitness (which includes yoga classes, barre, stretching and mat pilates) for a month (23/06- 23/07). The remaining 6 classes you mentioned we owe you had a new expiration to 31/08/2022. In addition to one month, we have added an extra six days you are referring to in your review, so we have granted your request for the second time. Our Front Of House team notified you on 24/07, and we received a response that you are out of the country. Please check the WhatsApp communication with us on 25/07/2022. Our team will make any effort to serve our Naya community with our best and make sure we deliver the best. However, we can't go beyond the limitations, and more exceptions are impossible in some situations. We can only emphasize that we would be happy to serve you again if you change your mind, otherwise, we wish you all the best. Stay always safe and healthy!
Negative experience: Last week I waited for about 10 minutes for another student to make it to class. Yesterday however, I was turned away because I was 4.5 minutes late. I believe it’s self-explanatory. This will be the last time I ever come to Naya in my life. On a side note, I don’t think it is good customer service to harass students in class to opt out of Classpass and join Naya. This has happened to all of my friends including myself. If you prefer not to be a part of Classpass then just contact them and opt out !

Our policies are required to run a smooth and effective operation of the studio, and you will find similar policies across any business, as you would fully understand as a business owner. Enforcing our studio policy helps maintain a strong relationship with the members, and we hope you understand that we must be fair to all parties. For the record, if you are less than 5 min late, you will definitely be allowed in the class as we have a 5 min door policy. Our late door policy, relatively standard in all professional studios, is to ensure that clients are safe when joining a group class and do not miss the warm-up, and out of respect to the instructor and other participants in the class. Our T&Cs are clearly explained on the ClassPass App, and we appreciate everyone coming to Naya, irrespective of Classpass members or direct users, and we don't make any differences. We are surprised to hear that you felt pressured to buy a package by our Front of House team, as this is not part of our approach. Our team members and the instructor do not recall any driven sale conversion with you nor any tardiness in starting the class. We checked the records for all the classes you attended and did not find any occasion of lateness from the instructor. We built our community based on trust and mutual respect, and we would appreciate having the same instead of abusive language or threats which are insensitive and might offend people. Stay always safe and healthy!
Negative experience: TERRIBLE STUDIO! The trainers used to be great, and the place clean and the staff respectful. This is no longer the case. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Negative experience: The place is clean and the instructors are really good. But unfortunately, the management is so rigid and very inflexible in handling of the classes when you are sick or having injury even with doctor’s note. Moreover, they aren’t professional and don’t reply their emails on time. Finished my package with them and won’t renew because they are really stressing me out in managing the absence so wether to force yourself feeling not good or injured to do your classes or you will lose them when you pay them in a package.
Negative experience: The reformer classes overall are very good and the environment is clean etc. however, the standard procedures for payment and handling of absence is appalling!!! The staff are inflexible. (Once payment has been made). This morning as an emergency I had to go to the hospital and was advised not to exercise for a while. I called to cancel, then was asked to email to confirm (with proof of hospital visit); which I did. I was then asked for a doctor’s certificate!!! What Am you my employer It’s ridiculous

Negative experience: Trainers are really good. But front desk has a problem with customer "care" . The way they communicate is rigid and inhospitable. Although I have been going there for few months now. The one time I didn't renew my package , cause I wasn't notified its finished, they refused to book my class. And the way the communicate it is just :/
Fantastic experience: Excellent staff, professional trainers, clean studios. Very happy with the sessions. Would recommend it to anyone who would like to join reformer classes.
Negative experience: If you injury yourself, tough, they will take your money July 2022 - unfortunately I sustained a near full thickness tear to my shoulder during a class late March and have been in rehab since. My remaining subscription was extended to July however I have now been informed that they are forfeited and so have lost over 600 aed of classes. Apparently management policies are not flexible which I find ridiculous in this situation.
