Fantastic experience: I want to share my amazing experience about Ayur Yoga with everyone, who wishes to find 'Happy Balance' in their Body & Mind, in their stressful, hectic life... I have been practicing yoga for many years, and I used to believe that nothing can give me more benefits than hot yoga, until I was recommended to try Ayuryoga classes... After the first practice I knew I got the opportunity to experience a whole new level of YOGA... and my journey began... Within just few weeks I started noticing improvement in every level thanks to his tailor-made classes and dedication to share his knowledge with us. They showed me more poses within few weeks, than I learned within the past years... So I found the way to attend their classes twice a week (which was quite challenging as a full time working, sleep-deprived, but Happy Mom... wink emoticon;)). After two months I feel more flexible than ever, my breathing technique has never been better, and I started getting back my pre-pregnancy figure... Since I stepped to Ayuryoga mat the weekends could not start more energetic and relaxed, than with a morning Ayur Yoga... no back pain, more patience give me better quality time with my Family... grin emoticon:D I truly believe that yoga should be part of everybody's life regardless gender and age, fitness or flexibility level... The right yoga of course So see you on the mat!

Fantastic experience: Dr Prathibha was very helpful and the yoga was energizing with nice stretches and class finished with amazing pranayam and the amazing sound of Mantra by Dr Prathibha
