Heart & Soul Spa, Al Barari

Positive experience: The service is excellent, and as a regular visitor, I always enjoy my experience. Therapist Cherry is my favorite, but I’m disappointed that my loyalty discount has been under review for over 6 months without resolution. It would be great if Heart and Soul could recognize and reward loyal clients like me to make the experience truly perfect.

Fantastic experience: My absolute favorite way to relax is by having a massage… not only is it an opportunity for you to lie down and zone out for 30-60 mins but it’s also incredibly rejuvenating and stress relieving. Tried the couples massage for AED 700. Had a great experience! Professional staff and great service!

Fantastic experience: Salma is an amazing hairdresser, not only is she a sweetheart but my hair has never looked better. She did a hair treatment called bb cream and it is amazing, my hair has become incredibly soft, shiny and it takes almost no effort for me to style it. I could not recommend this place enough, especially Salma she is so wonderful

Negative experience: Its just an exaggeration ! 2 stars are just for the ambience and cleaniness. Their service and work quality is just average and prices are 4x for no reason. U can get much better options in less prices with higher work quality within Dubai!

The interior is minimal but breath taking.. their massage beds are just too perfect for the session. I tried the Thai traditional massage and it was really authentic and perfection, the therapist ‘Tonyan’ is amazing. Thanks

Fantastic experience: We tried the hot stone massage … i had nolita who seems to know what shes doing … the only thing id improve are the drinks .. they offer tea and coffee but no fresh juices or detox water with lemon or cucumber which i like after a massage

Negative experience: At the time of facial, the master did not notice that she pushed the product with acid into my nose. That burned my mucous membrane for several hours after the procedure. And while cleaning my face, I left blackheads even I asked it to be cleaned. Facilities and location are amazing but the staff is not enough trained to perform their responsibilities that are completely mess up the whole impression.

Negative experience: Paid 367 dhs (!) for gelish mani/pedi which I thought was a bit too much for a very mediocre service. Gel polish started chipping off after 5 days, the tech touched the polish with the UV lamp before it was dry and damaged it but instead of fixing it just applied another layer on top so now it looks thick and uneven. It’s been a week and it I have to go get my nails done again whereas usually properly done gelish lasts up to 3 weeks. I won’t be a returning customer.

Negative experience: Brought my kids to do princess manicure. Very bad experience. I wish the technician smiled at least once! Seemed like she was offended I bought the service. She did a bad job of applying nail polish. The place is really beautiful and aesthetic but I wish they chose the right people to service it.
