Negative experience: I had a terrible experience at this fitness place. The staff was incredibly unhelpful and rude. I asked about upgrading my subscription to platinum, and they completely refused to even consider it. This was incredibly frustrating, as I was looking to take my fitness routine to the next level and was willing to pay for it. The staff's behavior was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I had a terrible time there and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If you're looking for a supportive and helpful fitness community, you should look elsewhere. This place is a complete waste of time and money.
