I am an asthma patient, and I suffered tremendously this year . As prescribed by my doctor, I started my classes. I can see a huge change as far as my health is concerned. All thanks to my coach, AMRITHA. She thoroughly knows about yoga. SWATI, the owner of the institute, is also a very nice person. Before I started my classes, she helped me explain everything very nicely and thoroughly. They are the BEST ❤️

Fantastic experience: I finally found the one yoga centre that satisfies all my goals and expectations after trying quite a few. After reading some of the reviews of White Lotus Yoga Centre I was curious so why not join to discover for myself why everyone’s is so positive about this centre. My fitness and mental daily needs for meditation, body exercises for all parts of the body and flexibility are being met. Through the practices of Prayanama and Kapalbhati and also through different asanas at all levels one feels refreshed and excited to attack the day with positivity and strong mental clarity. We have dedicated teachers who have an eye to details at correcting each student if someone is doing a pose wrong. Definitely all students in our batch feel a deep sense of connection with our teachers because our teachers are so enthusiastic towards encouraging us to exceed our limits, TO IMPROVE and to have a sense of purpose. Every day class is so enjoyable and exciting with new learnings of different asanas. Since I joined this yoga centre I lost weight, mostly belly fat and my body has become more flexible and light. I personally stopped having sugar cravings as my hormones have started to regulate more healthily. I crave now healthy foods like salads only. There is no better compliment to hear that cheers the heart and soul when someone will tell you “ oh you lost so much of weight, your mid section has disappeared and your face is so slim and beautiful now”. If you are hesitating to start yoga or to try White Lotus Yoga Centre please don’t because you are just delaying to get your life and soul being transformed and an inch away from a “New You”

Fantastic experience: I have recently joined White Lotus yoga center and I’m already reaping the benefits of daily practice. Swati is an amazing yoga instructor with immense knowledge in her art and makes the whole experience so serene that I don’t want to miss going to her studio even for a day. Recently I was diagnosed with kidney stone and within a month it miraculously got flushed out and I give full credit to Yoga. Swati and Dr. Amrutha are both amazing yoga teachers and they make every student find their potential with a gentle push which is required in achieving these amazing yogic goals. I highly recommend joining this yoga center and lead a healthy life.

Fantastic experience: White Lotus Yoga center is amazing with ambience and excellent teachers. Emphasis is given to strengthen the core muscles. My movements were restricted prior to starting sessions with them. Now there is considerable improvement in the range of movements. Teachers both Ms. Swathi and Ms. Amrutha are so loving and keep motivating during the classes. There is meditation and breathing exercises as well. Feel truly relaxed at the end of each session. Fantastic experience: I started my Yoga journey with White Lotus for 6 months now. So I feel this is just about the right time for me to write a review because now I am fairly well experienced as a beginner. I had some health issues which prompted me to take Yoga classes and in 6 months now, I feel more stability and an overall feeling of wellness. I experienced relative improvement with my vericose issue and persistent back pain. The trainers are very helpful. They are able to judge that I am only at the entry level and so they calibrate their course as per my abilities and frequently encourage me with their positivity. I am convinced that a live class room training is required for yoga as the instructors guidance on the right body postures are very important for us to make progress with ease.

Fantastic experience: My son had joined Lotus Yoga Center a couple of months back. He is trained by Ahamad sir. He is an absolutely dedicated yoga teacher. He is very understanding and he is always ready to listen to what your body needs. My son's flexibility has improved so much. He is an amazing teacher and the rest of the staff are very kind and accommodating too. I would highly recommend this centre.

Fantastic experience: Thank you to everyone at WHITE LOTUS YOGA CENTRE . I was skeptical at the beginning and postponed joining for a very long time , inventing excuses . Now I know the value of yoga practice, and I love the sessions as it keeps me centered and helps me focus on the present moment . In addition, yoga has taught me to respect my body and keep a check on my eating habits. I wish I could practise on a regular basis but I look forward to my weekend sessions. I like the ambience and calmness of the center. The staffs are helpful and are always willing to help you with any queries you have. I would want my kids to continue with the regular classes. (You may google for yoga centres in Sharjah and find it yourself, just like how I ended up here ) I initially thought of taking a trial session from few yoga centres to arrive at a conclusion and started off with White lotus. Fantastic experience: I’m pretty late in posting this and don’t want to delay it any further . I can’t thank Ms swati enough to hear me out and help me out with my daughter’s health condition. She held my hand with so much patience and love because of which I’m at peace today. Fantastic experience: Mr. Khudus Ahamed is a gentle professional and very energetic. He started his carrier at an early age and has 17+ years of experience with various yoga centers. Currently, he is providing training at Whitelotus Yoga Center, Sharjah. His teaching style is fantastic and not only does he instruct students to do yoga but he does the practice along with the students. I personally get energetic once I entered the class and follow his instruction and do the yoga activities. I have just completed two months of yoga sessions and I can see there is a change in my body especially in my stomach which I wanted to reduce and my body became very flexible. I do only 1 hour of yoga practice daily but after that, I feel my whole body become light and relaxed. I have decided to make this habit in my daily life routine so that it will become part of my life. I would recommend my friends and colleagues to reserve 1 hour for themselves and practice yoga and if you think there is some guidance required then White Lotus Yoga Center is the best option you have to join and start yoga. For females, you have lovely trainers Swati Shiva and Amrutha. You can join this yoga center and enjoy the activities.

Fantastic experience: Its never too late to start, I am in 50s and to stay fit I tried gym and many others but keeping it consistant was a challenge and get exhausted and bored after some time, but I started yoga 2 weeks ago first time in life, it was a great experience combined with mediation and breathing helps u focus your mind and soul , I feel the energy coming back and refreshing state of mind after Yoga , so love to do it again and again and the guided training Mr Ahmad was great, following his instructions was simply great for any beginner. Good ambience, clean, and plenty of parking infront of bldg , makes it easy for people coming by car. Great job White Lotus. And I recommend it as best in class.

Fantastic experience: I am now in my third week of attending classes. I am most grateful for having a teacher who gives great yoga classes. The classes are addressing my physical ailments and all those who are part of the class. There is so much variety and the direction and guidance in the use of props- bricks, straps, sticks, chairs etc. are to be highly commended. Swati explains and demonstrates very clearly. She assists each student to either correct, extend or give an alternative pose in an asana. Her in-depth anatomical knowledge is clear and she makes students more aware of their body parts which should be engaged and active in each asana. I have seen so much improvement since I have started and I can assure you, that you will see and feel quick changes and progression if you attend classes regularly. I feel that if I miss a class I will miss a lot. The pranayama class on Fridays is great! Leaving me feeling refreshed and invigorated - ready to start my weekend. Come and try these classes.
