Fantastic experience: I have been attending this Yoga centre since last 3 months and I must say it's the most amazing place to learn yoga exercises.The trainers are absolutely thorough professionals to the core. The various exercises taught are superb and very effective. The environment is clean and hygienic and the staff is super friendly.

Fantastic experience: I really had a great experience and proven result at vedic yoga center..i was suffering from cervical pain , muscle spasm since last 3/4 years.i have joined a therapatic yoga @ vedic center a month back and i can really feel the difference in my muscle strengthening and stiffness has reduced noticeably. I don’t need to visit physio frequently like earlier.thanks to vedic yoga center and special thanks to Nitin sir for his incredible job and yoga techniques. I joined Vedic Yoga Center YTT course even though having 200-hrs certification previously. The amount of knowldge which I am getting about yoga asanas and impact of yoga on human life is tremendous. Also all teachers are well educated and well qualified. Dr.Soorya's knowledge is also amazing, and worth attending his therapy and healing classes.

Fantastic experience: I would say “Yoga with Nidhin sir and meditation with Vincent sir”. I have been a student here since February 2022, when I was literally limping after I suffered a multiple fracture on my right foot. I could not stand without support for any standing asanas. Today after completion of 4 months I express my gratitude for being able to walk faster and even run. It would not have been possible for me to achieve this task if it was not for Nidhin sir who handled me and my issues with great care, making me do all the leg exercises at my own comfort level. Not just that I could even control my high temperament. I joined the therapy class just because of Nidhin sir who is extremely friendly but at the same time highly professional. A big thanks to you Nidhin sir. I conclude with “Nidhi means wealth and health is wealth and Nidhi(n) sir is a perfect blend of both.
