Yoga House - Intercontinental Marina

Fantastic experience: I am an advanced student who has been practicing at Yoga House Intercontinental for about 1.5 years. I’ve taken classes with many different teachers and different yoga styles at the Studio. There is a good selection of styles offered throughout the week and class times that work with my M-F 8-5 work day. The teachers are all competent and bring their own personal practice and methodologies to their classes. Classes feel aligned with a traditional practice and not like an exercise class. Some teachers/classes are more rigorous than others and most allow for progressions for an advance student and accommodations for a beginner. The support staff are super kind and helpful. Ask them for guidance on classes if you want more information.

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank you a lot our Pilates coach Marina for her attention, personal approach and mega high quality classes. I feel myself with every visit much&much better. As well as the studios are perfectly always clean&ready for the classes!

Fantastic experience: My absolutely favorite studio in Dubai. Great classes with Kala and Marija - the best yoga instructors. Classes can be booked via app. Studio is spacious and not packed. Hope it will reopen soon.

Fantastic experience: This is my favorite yoga studio ever! ❤️ Before I discovered YogaHouse, I have tried many other studios and I was not 100% satisfied, mostly because the course was too easy for me. But here I just love everything. The teachers are so amazing, their course is not easy but they teach you in a way that you progress very very fast. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The studio itself is pleasant, the lights are soft, creates a cozy atmosphere. There are many different types of yoga, personally I tried 3 of them and I loved all of them. I’m very attached to that studio and the teachers. Strongly recommend!!!! ❤️ thank you YogaHouse for being amazing!

Fantastic experience: Yoga House is a great haven for me to do my regular practice. I love that the marina studio backs onto marina promenade so helps get my daily steps in walking to class along the waterside! The variety of classes helps me keep a balanced practice from strong warrier classes to gentle flows and evening yins. The teachers are very supportive and all bring their own styles to the mat. The greens studio is also a short 10 min drive from marina to give further variety of classes and timings. Definitely one of my favourite studios in Dubai!

Fantastic experience: I want to thank Yoga House for putting together such great classes, programs and retreats. Apart from being a regular student, I also joined the Inner Peace Day Retreat with Danielle Bailey. Great locations, facilities, high quality partnerships when executing programs and retreats, great content ideas, updates to students, ease on payments through internal portal. Each instructor brings a uniqueness to them so feel free to choose depending on your energy and flow. I highly recommend the studio since they excel at customer care, the instructors have a close relationship with students and the essence of the company is to to be very detail oriented and always open to discuss and improve. Thanks to Danielle for being for her exceptional professional always aiming for the best! Only caveat I would add is cause everything else is absolutely perfect: if the company could find a formula/ a standardized policy to consider potential reimbursements or refunds in certain situations. Fantastic experience: I am a regular member here and I love the studio and the teachers. They have a very easy app to book your classes & you can easily cancel if needed. I find it super flexible. I also tried the wellness Sunday with Vicky, which I highly recommend. She made me feel so good and relaxed. The class was absolutely fantastic. She is by fare my favorite teacher. I will look for more of her classes now. & let’s not forget the ladies at the reception which are super nice and friendly :)

The instructors are amazing, and the atmosphere is so nice. It's my happy place, and I always leave feeling rejuvenated and centered. Highly recommend! ‍♀️

Fantastic experience: I have been doing to Yoga House Marina branch on and off for the last couple of years but had never done one of their Wellness Mornings, which I did for the first time this weekend. Vicky has a great style of teaching and was able to explain things in a way that allowed you to really make the most of each posture. The sound healing at the end of the session was a really nice way to close out the practice and being able to share breakfast and chat to the other attendees afterwards was a really warm experience. I will definitely be returning for their next one.

Fantastic experience: Yoga was amazing love the fact that we payed attention to the back and shoulders we tend to forget to strengthen this area and we sit on our phones and sit at the desk whole day really good and the instructor is amazing love the fact that she interacted with us after at the breakfast would definitely recommend it. Great value for money! Food however was disappointing as I requested no mustard and mayo instead. I has give the same sandwich WITH mustard and two massive dollops of mayo on top of my eggs (who eats that much mayo?) other than that loved the experience

Fantastic experience: Yoga house is a beautiful yoga studio in the heart of Marina (in the Intercontinental hotel). It’s spacious and well equipped with yoga mats and other props and accessories, and they have shower facilities too. I recently attended a half day wellness event here with yoga and sound healing, followed by breakfast at the Accents restaurant. It was a positive and rejuvenating experience.

Fantastic experience: Pilates with Alexandra is so good. Looks like you doing nothing but if doing all moves correctly it's so hard and pleasing at the same time. Love that she keeps on remidning about all parts of body right positions cause I am that person as soon as I concentrate on one thing I forget about another. Location is perfect and love free parking available in Hotel.

Fantastic experience: Dears I never thought I would like yoga at all, coz its not my first try. After my second baby i lost flexibility so decided to try again and stretch my body. And all you need its to find your mentor, your soul ))) in easiest way to say just to find the right instructor, like I did. MARTA MORLO is one of other good instructors there but because of her I was in love in Functional Yoga. Yoga House have lots of different offers to try in the beginning. And nice location in the hotel gives more options like to swim in pool or spa

Fantastic experience: Amazing studio with the best yoga in Dubai. Clean, spacious and beautifully maintained yoga studio with amazing outdoor place to practice yoga in the morning. There are several types of yoga you can try and teachers are all very well educated and have kind attitude towards every yogi. Also the prices are great and you can even try some weekend workshop. I tried several yoga studios in Marina area but Yoga house is the best one. Love it there!

Fantastic experience: Love this place! I enjoy doing ashtanga, jivamukti and dynamic flow in this studio. It offers variety of yoga style that suits beginners til advanced practitioners. Im a strong practitioner of yoga and starting to try pilates as well. Aqua pilates is fun to try! Looking forward to do more of these. Kudos to the ladies of reception as well, very welcoming and friendly. I was looking for a place and a community of like minded people. I think i found it through yoga house.

Fantastic experience: I have been a committed Classpass member for several years, and once I visited Yoga house I converted to Yoga house directly as I enjoyed it so much. The staff are just wonderful at Yoga House, always so welcoming and friendly. The teachers all very skillful in their approach to teaching but also all have their own styles of teaching and touches to the classes which I find is a nice way to mix up the classes when going regularly. The studio space is very calming and airy. They offer a good variety of classes too and great timings. One recommendation I would love is if there Was Kundalini yoga classes, and it’s hard to find these classes in the marina. Can not recommend it enough, absolutely love it there!

Fantastic experience: I loved the Yoga House classes at The Intercontinental Marina. The space is clean and big and the instructors are very good. I usually do the Half or Full Primary Ashtanga Yoga with Jatta Kristiina Tjurin and I feel super rejuvenated after my session. I gym 3 times a week, and I find this is what I need to do as a restorative exercise so my body feels open again. Highly recommend Yoga House and this class.

Fantastic experience: Yoga House is great even for beginners like me. They run many daily classes over the entire week so it's easy to attend. You just have to pick what you want among the wide variety of styles and practices. I recommend the unlimited monthly pass and ask also for the promotions they have on a regular basis. The teachers are all good and patient, special mention for Danielle, Edita, Anna, Elaine and Osman, just because I attended the majority of my classes with them, but also the others are good. I like the atmosphere they create (lighting, music, scents..) that enables you to really disconnect and completely dedicate the time to yourself and the practice. All the students are nice, committed and there is good camaraderie. The girls at the reception assist you impeccably and provide plenty of information. Check out also the off-site events, they are very good. Namaste! Update: I have now attended the more challenging classes of teachers Dina and Jatta, I highly recommend them, SUPERB!

Fantastic experience: I love Yoga House. I have been going to their studio in The Greens for almost a year now to attend Kelsi’s classes. She’s very professional, calm, has a soothing voice and she frequently changes her sequences. I can also recommend her outdoor classes on Sundays and Tuesdays at the Intercontinental in Marina. The outdoor setting is great with amazing views over Marina. I can highly recommend attending Kelsi’s classes / Yoga House.

Fantastic experience: One of the best yoga studio in Dubai, especially for Yin yoga and stretching. Enjoying the atmosphere and studio vibe: very soothing and relaxing. Tried different classes and different teachers and all of them are good and very supportive. Even I live a bit far from this Studio, still I'm coming back to enjoy the class. It suits me very much and I recommend you to try at least once and maybe you will be coming back again and again as I do :) Namaste :)

Fantastic experience: The studio that introduced me to how incredible yoga is. All teachers are so professional, knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming, particularly Heather, Kelsi and Dina. The studio has a great vibe, is minimalistic and calming. I have been coming to the greens and the intercontinental studio for around 2 years and will continue to keep coming back. Keep up the good work! Only recommendation is to have more class timings available on the weekends

Fantastic experience: Yoga House at Intercontinental Hotel is such a wonderful place to practice yoga and unwind from the stressful days. I attend Jivamukti classes on Fridays with Osman and on Sundays with Dina. Both instructors are amazing and knowledgeable teachers. The studio is bright, nice and cozy on the second floor of Intercontinental Hotel. Studio offers affordable rates for everyone via their class packages, Entertainer, as well as Classpass. Strongly recommend visiting Yoga House.

Fantastic experience: I attended the Headstand Workshop last Saturday with Yoga Instructor Jatta. She's a great teacher and I've progressed so much with my Headstand practice. Will definitely come back for future workshops. The studio is nice & hygiene as well.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Yoga House for about 3 months now and I have tried many Yoga classes in Dubai and after being here for close to 9 years Yoga House by far is the best for me. The instructors and extremely professional but the reason why I continue to go back is how they push you every class I see a improvement for myself and the teachers very attentive. I love Anna’s power Pilates class and Jatta’s Ashtanga full primary class. (My regular classes)

Fantastic experience: Very nicely situated studio on the 2F of the Intercontinental.. free parking in the hotel basement is a big bonus in a place like Dubai Marina. I go every week once or twice for Jatta's class either Ashtanga or a Vinyasa flow, she's one of my favorite teachers in Dubai.

Fantastic experience: I have had limited experience with yoga n the past, going to the occasional class and following some videos on you tube. I threw myself in with the very reasonable first time unlimited month and started to go every day. I have some nights off but mostly I really look forward to coming home from work and getting my gear on to go to class. I live in the Marina so it's super convenient for me and they have an amazing choice of classes. I started doing all of them to see where I was and what I liked best. I am now on my second month unlimited and found Hatha and Vin to be my favourite classes so far but I am keen to try others more often as my confidence grows. I feel I am connected to my body now and it has reflected in everything I do, home life, eating, patience and how I feel about everything I still attend the gym but I love my yoga and am looking forward to this journey with Yoga House. The instructors have all been incredibly helpful and don't push you which I found with other studios. I am 50 and feel very comfortable in class, thank you ❤️
