Fantastic experience: Nilaya is this lovely hidden sanctuary in the middle of Al Quoz where we can find some serenity and beauty (you should see the artworks) in this bustling city. The teaching team is awesome and passionate. I feel safe there.

Whether you’re practicing Ashtanga yoga, Iyengar, Yin, or any other style, the variety and quality of classes are exceptional. The teachers are deeply knowledgeable and truly dedicated. The events and workshops offered add so much richness to the experience. Nilaya House is more than just a studio, it’s a sanctuary, a cocoon of peace that quickly becomes your second home. A true gem for all yoga lovers.

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic place to do yoga. They have a class for everyone at every stage of yoga. All the teachers are superb and not comparable. Each one has their own styles and there’s so much knowledge to take home. The setup as well is so thoughtfully done. Calm and serene. A proper changing room, showers, toilets. If you’re looking for a place where people come to practice yoga and not just a spot where yoga is on the menu of many other fitness classes… this is your place. Coming here regularly will nurture your spirit and not just your body. FYI The focus here is ashtanga Mysore but there are other great classes too.

Fantastic experience: This is what they call it a "hiddem gem". It is really hidden in Al Qouz industrial area, only real yoga lovers know here. Everything is perfect, instructors, decoration, toilets, unique courses (not typical as other yoga houses offer), spirit of the place... If you want somewhere not crowded (or sometimes packed as other studios), calming and spiritual place you should try here.

This venue is run by a lovely women named Nea who is passionate about the environment and ethical business practices. She is an embodied yogini and a revered teacher, she also understands the many challenges that face the yoga community today and continually works to improve the offers at the centre to meet the needs of Dubai’s growing yoga community. The yoga class schedule is varied with a balance of ancient practices as well as the more modern variations of yoga and spiritual practices, all guided by experienced, knowledgable teachers. They often offer special events, training courses on various subjects. A must visit for anyone with a keen interest in yoga!

With the most experienced and knowledgeable teachers in the UAE, there isn't anywhere else I would choose to practice. Nilaya House is much much more than a yoga studio. It is a community in which everyone is welcome and everyone feels safe to learn, practice and grow as individuals and as human beings. Thank you for creating this space and this community. :)
