Fantastic experience: Rania makes sure that your practice stays yours rather than a race to keep up with the rest of the group. Because she follows a different theme each month, I've learn a lot in each session which I am able to incorporate into my personal practice. Rania strikes the right balance between static and dynamic poses to get a flavor of flow-y movement with strength building and challenging you in just the right way.
