Fantastic experience: I arrived in Dubai approximately two months ago and set out to find suitable yoga classes. I enrolled in this particular school and felt incredibly grateful for the fortuitous discovery. The facility is conveniently located near my residence, boasts a pristine hall, and is staffed by an exceptional Indian trainer. Upon explaining to my instructor that I was grappling with an ankle injury necessitating a three-month hiatus from physical activities, I was met with understanding and openness. In just one month, my yoga teacher imparted invaluable knowledge, proving instrumental in my recovery. For those residing in the Al Barsha area or anyone facing physical challenges, I wholeheartedly endorse frequenting this center. The fantastic Indian coach, in particular, played a pivotal role in assisting me during this critical period. I encourage others to give this center a try for a month to witness the transformative results firsthand.

Fantastic experience: Great little spot with great teachers. Location here says it’s in the MOE but it’s on the 6th floor of the Düsseldorf Business Point down the road from there.

Fantastic experience: Mudra yoga studio is one of the best studios in and around Barsha. The instructors are amazing, they focus on your form and make sure you improve your posture. The fees is also very reasonable and multiple batches available all 7 days of the week.

Fantastic experience: I had been looking for a yoga studio in Barsha for a long time. And when I found Mudra, my wish was answered. The studio is very approachable. The instructors - Anu and Ajeesh take amazing sessions and make appropriate corrections to the postures when required. They conduct free outdoor community sessions too that are open for anyone to join. All in all a wholesome experience with Mudra.
