Fantastic experience: The studio is great! I go there for pilates classes with Rawabi, and I love them sooo much. Rawabi is a great teacher (actually, the best I've ever had), and thank to her my ache in lower back has gone (considering I was on pills for the last several years).

Fantastic experience: A true gem of a studio with amazing teachers! I've only done bikram prior to this and since coming here, I've learnt and improved so many other poses that I wouldn't have learnt otherwise. The teachers are not afraid to come and correct your poses if you're not doing it right, which I love! They also ensure to offer different variations of the poses to cater to the different levels of students. Special shoutout to Fran and Gaurav who always keep it interesting and ensure we reach out full potential.

Fantastic experience: Inspire is everyone's favorite studio in downtown Dubai, seriously, their classes are amazing. The studio is easy to get to for anyone staying in the DIFC area and offers a wide range of great classes, from hot yoga to mat Pilates, sound healing and aroma meditation. Every class is full, but not overbooked, so there is a great sense of community. And if you forget your mat or leggings, there's a lovely boutique that has it all - workout sets, sweats and accessories. They really do a great job, and I actually book my classes as soon as I land at DXB.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of Inspire since they were in Al Manara which sadly had to close as the landlord wanted the space back . Their studio in DIFC is at a great location - free parking and walking distance from Financial center . I love how friendly the staff are and credit to the owner for creating a beautiful space to practice all types of yoga ♀️. The teachers are all very professional and I’m a big fan of their salt room and trust me— you’ll love the energy and space too! Whether you’re into Hatha, Vinyasa or a relaxing yin , I promise you you won’t be disappointed! Must try !! ♀️

Fantastic experience: I’ve tried different yoga studio in Dubai until I came to inspired, they offer different type of classes on daily basis from 6am to 9pm. Studio is always clean and the staffs are not only professional, they are super friendly. This place become my second home and I definitely recommend them to everyone.

The environment and team managing the boutique are always so helpful and friendly. Fantastic experience: Whatever I write, it won’t be enough for the most amazing studio in Dubai. The vibes, the facilities, and the classes are top notch. They afford classes for all levels, the teachers are professional and super talented specially Gurave and Heather, they make you get encouraged to attend more yoga classes. As I am a beginner in yoga, I learnt a lot from both of them. The staff are super attentive, helpful and delightful too. Whenever I need help, they are ready to assist. And I liked their warm welcoming, they are so kind. I have been to other yoga studios, and I wasn’t pleased as much as here at Inspire studio….

Fantastic experience: I LOVE this studio. I’ve been a regular yogi here for the past year and I have grown so much in my yoga practice because of their variety in classes and especially their amazing teachers, especially Gaurav, Neha, Lizel, and Edel. They challenged me to reach poses I was never able to do before which gave me so much more confidence and motivation to continue my practice. As for the studio, it’s always very clean, tidy and calming. The location is perfect. The front desk staff, Michelle and Armen, are always super welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this studio!!!!

Fantastic experience: I had my first ever group yoga session yesterday and loved every minute. The group was a great mix of experienced and beginners. Our instructor Edel led the session so well, giving guidance to the beginners so we didn't feel left out. The vibes are very friendly and welcoming, I felt at home from the minute I stepped in, every staff member and class attendee was delightful. The facilities are top notch too -I was spellbound by the wall made of salt! Whether a newbie or a yoga veteran, I would definitely recommend anyone attend sessions at Inspire!

Negative experience: I’ve just visited the studio recently and I am very happy with Avinash’s & Lizel’s classes.They are really great teachers and studio is definitely a good spot in the town.But regarding cleanliness ….. I am totally shocked that some teachers, especially Yasmine are not taking care of their hygiene and coming to conduct the class with extremely unpleasant stinky odor!! I am really grossed out

Fantastic experience: A beautiful studio, a beautiful class. “Warm Sculpt Yoga” with Samah was the perfect fusion of yummy yoga stretches and muscles activating Pilates moves. Samah pushes you and creates a great atmosphere in the class. The heat is an extra challenge, loved that it’s kept at a reasonable level and not at broiling temperature like Bikram. Used to love Inspire Yoga in Manara and so glad to now have them closer to me in DIFC !

Fantastic experience: Having just moved to Dubai I was lucky enough to find this studio nearby. With incredibly friendly and helpful staff, the space is relaxing and impeccably clean. The yoga session was well-paced, with a very professional teacher and challenging adjustments. I will definitely be going back!

Fantastic experience: Good location : 5mins walk from Financial metro station. Studio is clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Good teachers. They create a whatapp chat to support customers if you have any questions, they made a time lapes video to guide you how to find the direction to the studio from the parking place. Fantastic experience: I am visiting dubai and was looking to continue my practice here. I started with Anishka Bagla’s flow class and it was absolutely amazing! I simply love how she guides you into a trance. The class starts with a good warm up, builds into strength and flexibilty and then we are guided into a deep meditation. I enjoyed certain drills that i had never done before. Highly recommend her classes! The studio has a great vibe.

Fantastic experience: Everything about this this Yoga studio it is 5stars: the cleanliness, the trainer, the atmosphere, the music choose for the lessons, the 60-70 minutes of yoga here at Inspire are my retreat after a busy day, or the energy pill in the morning , depending if i choose to go in the morning or evening.

Fantastic experience: I attended a yoga class with January last week and can't recommend it enough!! The yoga studio is new and incredible at the DIFC - convenient location and great staff. Everyone was very prompt in their responses and Armen was very helpful in suggesting classes that would appropriately suit my need. You'll find there all kind of yoga classes you can possibly think of, but I really do recommend to do outdoor yoga as I'm sure you'll be amazed by this experience. Fantastic experience: Me and my friends are in love with the rooftop yoga classes of inspire studio. Nitai gives really challenging classes but the filling after can’t be described in words. Location, mantras, asanas and organization are excellent. It is not our first and definitely not the last time. Studio staff is always friendly and professional. Fantastic experience: I love Inspire Yoga so much. It makes me feel at home everytime I go there. The staff is so friendly and kind and they have the best yoga Teachers in Dubai. The new studio in DIFC is so beautiful, clean and peaceful. There is a reason why it’s called Inspire. I feel very inspired after being there and all I am looking forward is to come back. Fantastic experience: Love this studio. Teachers are very good, very clean and sanitized especially in Covid times, good number of classes and for different levels. Parking and access is very easy.

Fantastic experience: Love this studio for their variety of classes, friendly staff and just how clean it always is. They are a great addition to DIFC especially with the way they hold additional events and most times free. Their use of the MINDBODY app to book classes is straight forward and staff are always great with communicating via what’s app.

Fantastic experience: Amazing studio for all types of yoga, I am so happy they opened a branch in DIFC. Beautiful, clean and spacious studio, staff are friendly and accommodating. Warm core and sculpt yoga a must do with Samah, a mix of challenging yoga and Pilates postures you will sweat till the end of the class.

Fantastic experience: One of my favourite studios in town! Their wide variety of classes and styles are suitable for all levels, Inspire Yoga studio has such a nice and pleasant atmosphere. The staff are very polite, professional and always follow up in regards to an upcoming class (in case you've forgotten) which I personally like. The studio design and layout is absolutely beautiful as well. Also I really like how clean the studio is, makes every class even that much more pleasant! Their Yoga teachers are absolutely lovely as well!

Fantastic experience: Studio is very clean and staffs are professional, and responsive. They have different classes with different levels in yoga, highly recommended. If you are new and try to learn basic movements of yoga, its good place to start, my friend who started her yoga journey here and she loves it, instructors are knowledgeable. If you are at intermediate/advance level, they have classes to challenge you as well.

Fantastic experience: My first experience with Inspire Yoga was my first experience at yoga. I felt out of place, and wasn't sure why I was even there. Pushed through the class and sort of decided yoga wasn't for me. Went again the second time, and this time I told the teacher I felt out of place in the first session. I told her I was new and lacked both flexibility and wrist / forearm strength. This time I loved my session. I discovered I was far more flexible than i imagined, was able to do a pose / flow I never could have dared trying. Thus love the place. Would recommend Samah as the best experience I've had.
